El Presidente Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 NFL & College Ball discussion. One game to go but Jesus..... that was a tipping bloodbath How did your team go? How did they look? Have you changed your opinion of them for the remainder of this season? Talk Ball
El Presidente Posted September 12, 2022 Author Posted September 12, 2022 Bucs looked Rusty. Tom looked good. D was excellent. Cowboys were woeful. There will be much harder days ahead. 1
jakebarnes Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 Bears. Superbowl 2023 Champs. Justin Fields can literally walk (and run) on water based on the field conditions. 1 2
Chibearsv Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 Bears played with fewer mistakes and more energy than SF in the 2nd half. If they keep that up, that'll win a couple extra games for them. Minnesota looked pretty good @Chas.Alpha Division winners perhaps? Detroit is no good but they play with heart Packers suck 1 1
Woody Hayes Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 Bengals blew it. Should have challenged a no call touchdown which on replay was a touchdown. That would have put them ahead with 3 minutes to play. 1
Corylax18 Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 The Giants where a huge surprise to the upside. They didnt do much for 3 quarters, but the Titans didn't look great and they left the door open. I'm sure we ruined countless pick sheets this week. Haha. Nobody else in the NFC east looked particularly impressive either, so we might finish 2nd or 3rd in the division this year! 6 hours ago, Woody Hayes said: Bengals blew it. That's a HUGE blunder. 2

Astoundingly, its not the firs time they've made the mistake. They did it a few years ago with some license plates: https://www.syracuse.com/axeman/2017/06/nfl_shop_sells_incorrect_washington_redskins_license_plates.html

KCCubano Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 Chiefs looked good. Chargers up next on Thursday. Always a close AFC West game. 1
BigGuns Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 The Raiders suck. The Chargers aren't as good as everyone thinks. Anyone take their tailgate grilling a little too far in Miami yesterday??? 1
brutusthebuckeye Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 The Cleveland Browns won there first season opener since 2004. Who knows what the rest of the season will bring. They don’t call them the” F***in Clowns” for nothin!!! ***Been a fan since 85/86. Nothing but heartache, pain and embarrassment. And that was before we got Watson. Truck Stop Jimmy is definitely in the top 3 of worst owners. And yea Steeler fan we know…”Same ol Sorry A$$ Browns”. Go Browns. 1
Chas.Alpha Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 I don’t think Aaron R really wants to play anymore, at least for GB 2
RedLantern Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 That was the Seahawks' Superbowl this year. Awesome win! 1
Hollywood Ninja Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 That was the Seahawks' Superbowl this year. Awesome win! Ge-no! Ge-no!Sent from my SM-G996U1 using Tapatalk
gormag38 Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 I foolishly started buying into the hype on my hometown Lions this year. (gosh damn HBO). Glad to see we tried to make a game of it. Goff needs to be shipped elsewhere for any sort of draft pick(s). 1
Cigar Surgeon Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 Jets looked exactly as I expected them to look. Defense outplayed expected results, offense was somehow worse than one could have possibly imagined. Oline was collapsing immediately after the ball was snapped, and Flacco was a stone statue. It's going to be another long, long season.
SRH1 Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 Steelers win UGLY…..I’d trade a healthy DOPY for the win. Gonna be a long season if TJ is out for an extended period or worse, If his season is over….. The defense was incredible, the offense was, well, offensive…. T’was a fun game to watch tho….
BigGuns Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 Anyone out there hail from Cleveland??? Please please please, take a moment and explain The Elf to us.
mprach024 Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 Lions went all Lions on us. Found a way to lose a game where they were the superior team from start to finish. Positives: Hutch looked good, lot of pressure and would have made 2-3 sacks on any other qb. Negatives: Goff, his picks, his lack of progression, and his contract. More Negatives: As much as Hard Knocks made everyone think Dan Campbell is some inspiring old school head knocking coach. He showed he’s just a giant meat head who missed his calling in the WWE. 3rd Quarter Onside Kick that lead to winning score…..brilliant move man 2 1
bassistheplace Posted September 13, 2022 Posted September 13, 2022 Lot's of rust. That's the new norm with no pad practice and shorter pre-season
