Very subtle. Sweet/savoury mix but leaning to the savoury side.

Last of the Michelin star tour. 

Pan fried foie gras always hard for to pass up. Octopus salad was superb. Suckling pig and lamb loin on point.

Late night phuket and we wanted a quick snack.

Passed a small hole in the wall mum and dad operation and something caught my eye from the menu that I had never tried before....in fact...never seen.

HAM AND CHEESE SPRING ROLLS 😁

Talk about the ultimate sober up snack!!!
