You most definitely need a good jingle in your commercial. Please reference this. Man that song has worked its way into my mind way too many times... 1-800-LAW-BOSS.....😵

This is one of our local ambulance chasers.  He has a ton of commercials you can watch on youtube for inspiration.

Gotta say guys and gals. I'm loving these local gems. Wouldn't use them for inspiration for the most part other than what not to do.

I forget how much comedic gold our profession has buried deep within.  Most should just be buried deep!! :)

Someone got to Better Call Saul before me!

I'll still recap this from the Campbell Alexander ad:

Each client's case is different and this prior result does not mean that any other client will necessarily experience the same results.

The opinions expressed in this post are personal and do not reflect anything.

This sentiment is what caused my partner and I to shy away from doing one for years. But the last crop of ads from our big box firm competitor kind of made us gag. We've gone through days of brain storming and it's a tough decision and finding the right concept is also difficult. We run a small firm with 2 lawyers and 2 support staff. We have made our bones taking complex cases with attenuated theories of liability for catastrophically injuries folks no one else would help. So making jokes doesn't seem a good way to garner more business. Nor does it sit well with us. We are allergic to flashing dollar amounts of past settlements on TV too. That doesn't leave us with many options.

We have 3 solid concepts in development. We are shooting all of them on Friday. One of one is a heart felt client testimonial. Tye other two are tongue in cheek shots at firms that advertise in a way we comsider to be sleazy. The best one we are running on the superbowl as a local ad. I'll post up the two that aren't superbowl worthy as soon as we male the call. And the super bowl one the day of the game.

I definitely understand; it's a delicate line and it's a different location for each prospective client.

Best of luck!

Cheers

One of the law firms here in Sydney, PK Simpson Compensation Lawyers, has the catchphrase, "Homer doesn't work here, but PK does!".

Need to run a Youtube tips-and-pointers series, like the Pot Brothers.

I have a couple of what you call ‘repeat offenders’ that I have had to play this video for several times.

It never ceases me that people have the right to remain silent but not the ability.
