I voted before the video review came out but the limited support I got for psd4 from the video was the following:

1 Rob seemed to object to Ken's citrus note. Which would have made me think Jl2, or CoRo.

He also seemed to object to his honey but not as strongly.

2 he mentioned it was rich at the beginning and again something similar at the end and they both rated it 93-94.

This matches the last video review of the psd4 the guys did from 6 months ago.

How did I miss that one? Lol. This was a great cigar…and psd4 has been my favorite current robusto. But, I had epi 2 guessed first, Coro second and psd4 third. Granted, I hope to blame my misreads on weeks of head colds (gotta blame it on something).

I went with Epi no.2 and my second guess, which I discounted in the end, was a D4. I ruled out a CoRo, as I wasn't getting any honey, hay or lemongrass. I didn't instantly hate it, so that also ruled out Bolivar! 😅

To me, I didn't get a strong sense of this cigar. It smoked really great, no harsh notes or bitterness, but nothing profoundly distinct.

I got all smooooth lemongrass & coffee notes.  No sourdough or partagas bell pepper spice. My D4 was obviously in the middle of a 2014 CoRo orgy for all these years.

That's what I was missing, the bell pepper or capsicum that I always get with Partagas. It was for that reason I finally said no to the D4.

Interesting, mine and Kens reviews were almost identical. i had no spice in mine whatsoever which wouldve alluded me to D4. THey jsut randomly put bands on the cigars people, theres no blends for cigars. 

Importantly the only thing that matters is i'm still ahead of @Fuzz so 😛

interesting you say that, Mus. i was 100% convinced (still am - this is all a set-up) that mine was coro. i love D4 and have had a lot of them over the years. never ever occurred to me that it could be D4. set up, indeed!

I'm solidly convinced mine was a Coro too, Ken. No PsD4 notes at all.
