Have you been to a cigar lounge lately?

Recommended Posts

Where I live I usually smoke alone (huddled on the Lanai in my smoking tent) but I certainly enjoy a lounge and miss my weekly visits to Vegas.

So. Where u live are the lounges open? Do you go? Prefer to isolate at Home?

CC B&Ms in Korea are still opened as usual even during COVID-19 outbreak. I went to CC & Guinness cigar lounge Led Zeppelin (named after Led Zeppelin band LOL) and reviewed Kenfessions Comp Sampler Montecristo No. 1 on 10th of July. It had great Guinness Draught and audiophile gears, so I really enjoyed it so much! Next cigar lounge I'd like to visit is De La Mano, which is speakeasy single malt whisky & cigar lounge. ?

I try to go to my local B&M at lest once a week. Masks are mandated for entry and into the humidor. But if you want to sit in the lounge and smoke, the plush chairs are 6 feet apart and of course you take off your mask and light up!

Although It's not exactly local, so I only go a few days a year, I'm looking forward to JJ Fox opening their lounge again.

It seems most cigar stores in London are open, but nowhere is open to smoke in.

Not sure if they're open or not locally as I've not gone out much except for essential trips (groceries, libations, picking up packages at the drop, walking the dog) and that trip to the beach.

Even before March I'd rarely go to a lounge or shop as they don't sell what I smoke around here.

When traveling I'd pop in to one time to time, generally to leverage the wifi. Always bought something when I did. Every now and then, 2-3 times a year, meet up with a few friends at one with a bar.

Many options usually here but all are closed.  Recently returned from Miami.  Little Havana was completely shut down, which was disappointing.  There was one spot in South Beach open.  Naturally it was absolutely packed, to the point that I would not consider going in.  Came back Covid free ?.  My buddies and I just rotate around our pads, keep it in the community.  We all have families so within the community feels safe for now.

I have been only once since Feb to meet a couple of coworkers to hand off some items last month. The lounge chairs were all spaced out apart, but I was the only one in the building wearing a mask in, out, and while I traveled to the bathroom so I don't plan to be back until COVID dies down.

I have been smoking A LOT more of my cigars at home in the evenings and on the weekends. The Virtual Herf has been a cool lifeline to other smokers.

Where abouts in Korea? I’ve been going to Incheon a fair bit lately and usually spend a good couple days there. Haven’t really found anywhere to enjoy a cigar. Any tips?

Was in a lot of cigar lounges in March while I was in Havana for a week. Nothing since; no lounges around me but lots of great places to smoke at home. Meet up with friends in a park on occasion for a cigar.

There are some cigar lounges allowing bringing your own CCs in Korea. I'd suggest you to visit BYOC cigar lounges in Seoul, since it's close to Incheon. Here's a work in progress map of BYOC cigar lounges in Korea.

I finished my deck this April and plan on sticking to smoking out there until it's unbearable. Then I'll buy a propane heater to run.

Congrats on the new deck! Exciting stuff right there.  Always great when you have a nice smoking area at home.
