BrightonCorgi
The cello would have a yellowish tone to them if they were original Habanos Davidoff's. That is all current Davidoff products which are nothing to turn your nose at. Davidoff branded cigars are great.
Lotusguy
I’ve had 2004 Davidoffs and the cello was very yellow. Hated them, like essentially all NC Davidoff (never had a CC one). Moldy books - no thanks.
CaptainQuintero
You'll know by the price of they're Cuban, times it by two and add a zero onto the end!

Bri Fi
I’ve only had one good Davidoff. It was a series R. I bought a couple of boxes of the millennium blend toro and pc. I am not a fan. One dimensional musty is all about i get. I will say almost nothing beats Davidoff construction though. Plenty of other sticks to smoke that are cheaper and tastier, CC or NC.

They could some have decent age on them judging by the bands though.

mbflash80
Never had the CC but Dominican Davidoffs are the most overpriced cigars in exsistence...in my opinion of course
OldEasy
I've had some good NC Davidoffs and some bad one's. None of them were reasonably priced though. I quite enjoy the Anniversario No. 3, but I would prefer a CoRo any day of the week, and the cohiba will cost less to boot. Some other even more expensive Davidoffs that I've smoked have been thouroughoy unenjoyable. Though, as others have noted, the construction and burn are much more consistent, and on average better than HSA's.
canadianbeaver
A fellow forum member sent me a Davidoff when I turned 50, over 7 years ago. It was magical, smooth and tasty from start to finish. I have the box, band and butt on display in a cabinet. Arturo Fuente makes Davidoff, Ashton and so many other brands. The current Davidoff retail displays are so impressive, off on their own in big clear cabinets. Or the Davidoff stores in New York, London. But give me a ERDM with a few years on it and I would prefer it? Just sayin’. ? CB
