Buck14 Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 I’d highly recommend the Tripa Corta, Totalmente a Mano La Flor de Cano Selectos. A fine Cristales cigar for under 4 USD per stick. You need to lay these down 60 days first.

It rarely let you down. You always look forward to lighting one up. It leaves a smile on your face. You panic when you get to the second row. For what it delivers, in your mind ,it represents tremendous value. Check Check Check Check Check Por Larrañaga Monte Carlos it is! I'm panicking because I'm down to 4 full boxes. Nothing cheap about this cigar's performance - while many cigars are as good as it is, I don't know that any are better. A testament to the blender's artform! 2

You notice a difference in wrapper shade vs flavor profile? I've had boxes of colorado Claro and colorado maduro and the maduro just seem to be more chocolatey. Toast & Taste Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Bolivar Belicoso Finos I love my CORO's more, but bang for buck it's the BBF's. It has to be, I have 5 boxes... Big Al 1

The darker wrapper is more cocoa and the lighter shade is more to the floral side to my tastes. I still think a darker wrapper RGPC with a few years on it reminds me of Vanilla Coke. I had a box of them from 2014 (think I only have a few singles left) and nearly every one had a syrupy, vanilla, slight chocolate, fizzy thing going on. Just a tasty and unique experience. jackupster Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 PLPC! at less than $6 USD it's a bargain and I usually burn my lips and fingers trying to finish it.
ErikB Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 a late entry , but talk about bang for your buck - this tapados is premiumVerzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk 1

tsolomon Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 The VR Famosos that I have been smoking lately have just been outstanding.
rcarlson Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 I have a box of HQ Monte Edmundos that are outstanding. The ones I've had in the past were just okay. If they were all like these, it'd be all I smoked.

Although I love a good Mag 46, I find myself reaching for the Epi 1 far more often and never regret it. Good fresh and great aged. I need to order some more very soon! Couldn't agree more with the Epi1. I had a mate try them too and we had another CC devotee out of the gate. Also the HUPCs I got in are belted for the price. It's just a pity they will soon be no more.
Dmpotocek Posted November 19, 2017 Posted November 19, 2017 HU MAG 50 has always been a winner for me. If you keep your ear to the ground they can be found for about 10$ a stick. While that’s not exactly cheap, I think they punch well above their weight. They are very approachable young and seem to improve exponentially with age. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Luca Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 El Rey del Mundo Demi Tasse and another vote for Rafael Gonzalez Perlas. Extremely reliable and consistently satisfying.Good point@JohnS I second that. Always a regular cigar for me the ERDM DT. I have also come to love the Party MF late this year. I had a 2017 box and they were great. Partagas DNA was all there. Very nice. I have bought a 2nd box now.Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk 1
Luca Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Partagas Shorts. Q d'O CoronasQ d'O Coronas are great. Unfortunately they have about a 2 year sick period when first rolled. Worth the wait. I have two bixes resting. Sampled one recently and compared to the first time I smoked them eith less than a year age I got some nice orange peel/citrus notes!Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk 2
canadianbeaver Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Upmann HC Thank you. Thank you very much. CB 1
feral Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Most bang for my buck this year for me it's been Bolivar Belicoso Fino @ $7-10 per stick. Im talking this year's production too. They don't get much age around me 6 months to a year old mostly. Unbeatable smoke for my tastes.Close seconds:Bolivar Royal CoronaJuan Lopez S2I smile just thinking about the last one I had this morning.
Habana Mike Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Most consistent, most flavorful, most enjoyable I reach for again and again. RASS 3
Shargard Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Bolivar PC 2016 and RASCC 2013. Fantastic long lasting smokes 1

zepp69 Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Quote Connie 1's are a great value and imo they are smoking great right now.
grizzlee Posted December 21, 2017 Posted December 21, 2017 Throw in another vote for ERDM Demi Tasse. Punches far above it's weight class. 1
kwsaw63 Posted December 21, 2017 Posted December 21, 2017 Whilst I agree with all the members who have cast their vote for the PL Montecarlos that it is a great cigar, the Partagas Presidente wins by a whisker for me. I’m on my third box now in the space of 4 years and I’ve never been let down. Great flavours and good draw from every stick I’ve smoked.
