Hoyo De Monterrey Epicure Number 2 from NOV 15

I didn't expect too much. Just one I picked up to check on how they were travelling.

In my mind I can still taste it. Super sweet, creamy, mid bodied, coffee/Amaretto.

If all HDM Epi 2 were like this.... there would be a stampede.

Mag 56 for me. And I had high expectations for the cigar. Well the cigar exceeded my expectations. Sooooo flavorful. I would smoke them all the time if it weren't for the size. Definitely will be smoking one this Saturday for th Kentucky derby though. Really a beautiful cigar.

For me it was the Dip Bushido. Celebrated my 40th Birthday with this one.

Contrary to what some have said about this cigar being mellow and semi-dimensional, I love this profile so for me was great.

Bolivar PC from 14. Had it at about 1:30am after finishing up a major paper for a class. It was a perfect cigar for the time I had, and it calmed me down after a stressful couple of days. That's the one that stands out to me.

I was gifted a PL Picadore and it was truly amazing.

El morro from December 2012 was the stand out winner of the month.

Had a year old double edmundo on Friday that was stellar right up to the last third when that youthful dirtiness showed up.

Hup #2 from April 2014 was third. Brilliant cigar.

2006 Cohiba Siglo V. If a current year version were available on 24:24 (and I haven't seen any for nearly 18 months), I'd anticipate they'd sell out within 2 minutes. Yes, they are that good...2 hours of bliss!
