CaptainQuintero Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Hopefully the shut- down is a good sign; ie if they deem the quality is not good enough then they simply stop rolling until it is, instead of just pumping out poor stock. Possibly / hoping its another sign of the increasing modernisation of QC / business ethics in Cuba. Prices shooting up but correlating with QC?
