El Presidente Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 What would you want the genie to conjure up. One time offer, one wish. 100 cigars of the same type and no ...not a refilling box For me it would be a close call between the Upmann Super Corona and the Partagas Corona. Very different cigars in their own way. There are much more sought after 'sexier' cigars but these two fit every aspect of what I love. Upmann in a close call.
Colt45 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 What would you want the genie to conjure up. Hmmm...... First that comes to mind is the Partagas de Partagas No.1 - always enjoyable.
kiwifruit Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Cigar I've never had but believe would be great, ED 109. For a cigar I've had, would agree with you on the Upmann SC.
Rye Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 If they all tasted like the first one I've ever smoked, VR/LGC Marshall Adriãtico. What a treat they are!
polarbear Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Edmundo Danties 109 or Ramon Allones 898 or Cohiba Siglo 6 Gran Reserva
CaptainQuintero Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 My first ever box buy, 2000 ten count monte 3, they were pure milk choc and dried raisins. Lfdc short robusto an even shout to be fair, so different but both my only ever cigars that consistently hit above 95/100 Honourable mentions to qdo corona and Quintero panetela. I could smoke from a stock of those four cigars perfectly happy for many many years and be very happy
riazp Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Party SCD 1...although I have never tried it, I'd say Diplo 6 just because its a diplo in a lancero format.
sharks Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 One I'm still chasing 03 Siglo VI. From all reports they are fantastic!
nikesupremedunk Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 What's the most expensive cigar in the world? I'll take a 100 of those, sell half, and buy different boxes. If I can't sell them, then I'd pick either CGR or 03 Sig VI - neither of which I've tried but also can't go wrong.
Lant63 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Anything with a MAY 94 box date. Month I was born in and would love to get my hands on something like this for special events!
Puros Y Vino Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Davidoff No 1. (Cuban of course) Dunhill Cabinetta (never tried it, but so much has been written about it)
coug28 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 For those of you that have a "genie" at your disposal and are asking for sticks you've never smoked before b/c they're expensive and trendy...you should perhaps also be asking to love the cigar too. If you don't, what a waste of a perfectly good wish. No wonder the ELs and REs keep going up in price. They MUST be amazing if they're over $50 a cigar! I'll take a few more boxes of 2010 Sir Winston and a 2006 cab of RASS please.
orangedog Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 CGR blend in a churchill format with a dunhill stamp on the box (for the visual stimulation coup de grace)
dvickery Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 just smoked one tonight...for the life of me i cant figger out why they were cut...fu hsa for this one... allones corona derrek
khamy Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I'd take the Genie out to a very long lunch and convince him to swap jobs.
jrb5783 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 1994 First botl I've seen here younger than myself
westg Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I'd take the Genie out to a very long lunch and convince him to swap jobs. Him or her.
kiwifruit Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Change wish to a car instead of a cigar. Would you wish for a car you have driven or a Lamborghini because you've heard it drives well.
investandprosper Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Change wish to a car instead of a cigar. Would you wish for a car you have driven or a Lamborghini because you've heard it drives well. Lambo. Every time.
khamy Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Him or her. I'm willing to wear a skirt to get this job.
polarbear Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Change wish to a car instead of a cigar. Would you wish for a car you have driven or a Lamborghini because you've heard it drives well. Is there such a thing?
