Rephrasing my all favourite desert island discs radio show, which would be you favourite 8 cigars to take with you as a cast away on a deserted island? (limitless amount of matches provided). Cigars have to be currently on production.

Here are my novice picks (in no particular order):

1)Cohiba BHK 54

2)Cohiba Siglo VI

3)H.Upmann Sir Winston

4)Ramon Allones Specially Selected

5)H.Upmann Mag46

6)Partagas Shorts

7)Diplomaticos No 2

8)Montecristo No 4

Which would be your favourite 8 cigars?

I'm not sure I have broad enough experience to make a short list of 8, but here goes:

* QDO Robustos (had one yesterday and loved it)

* PSD2 (when they're on they are so fulfilling)

* PL Montecarlos (never had one treat me badly; nice to have a long/skinny. Note: I haven't tried the belicosos or robustos yet)

* Cohiba Lanceros (only had one, loved it)

* Something Bolivar... maybe Gold Medal or BBF; haven't tried the Royal Coronas but have some coming)

* Monte 2 (when they're on...)

* El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme (I love the aroma and lighter/medium smoke sometimes)

* Something rich to round it out... maybe something Ramon Allones or San Cristobal... or though I haven't had them yet, R&J Cazadores.
