Van fought a long battle with lung cancer, and it appeared that he was holding his own until this morning. I learned this on another board. May he rest in peace. He and his crew on HCF taught and shared me with stuff I still remember and hold true today. Being the noob that I was at the time I thought I just got the secret handshake to get into the cigar world, he was a good man and generous to a fault, he will truly be missed.
