Disgusting. The CRS was bad enough @58. I do smoke the odd BHK56 and enjoy them. But 60RG * 7 inches is really gross. This will do well with the American market, especially those new to CC's. Other than potential investment/flip/trade purposes, I don't think I'll be bothering with these. Well..maybe an empty jar.4 points

Just passed the one year mark for me as a cigarsmoker. What a year! Got hooked to smoking cigars when smoking some fake cohibas bought by my friend in the Dominican Republic. It wasn´t the taste that actually caught me, it was the time allone, a kind of meditative state that I entered that caught me. This opened my eyes for cigars and for some unknown reason I turned too NC. Smoked my NC´s happily until I had the chance to try a HUPC. That cigar blew me away and made me looking for for more CC´s in the price range I was comfortable with. I started smoking 5-6$ (USD) cubans and were pretty satisfied with both the cigars and the cost but also curious on the more expensive ones. Then, 6 months ago, a friend introduced me to FOH and all hell broke loose :-). 24:24 ruined my yearly cigarbudget the first month :-). Now, 6 months later, I have a decent collection of cigars and I have conciliated with the costs of this hobby. I have had many hours of pure pleasure and when I look into my tupperdore I see many more of thoose :-). Only problem I have now is to get my wife to understand why I set my alarm clock at 02.30 AM almost every night to be able to scout 24:24 before everything is sold out :-). Looking forward to many more years with FOH and cuban cigars!2 points

Just finished enjoying a young RASCC that is probably a year old. Construction was very good with few veins, a nearly invisible cap and nice seams. This stick was a light caramel brown in color with a toothy finish and little to no oils seen. There were quite a few bumps and two places where the seam was slightly lifted, but no real flaws to be seen. In comparison to the Super Partys, this stick was much more refined in it's construction. Draw and burn were absolutely perfect! Burn line was razor sharp. I have never had any other cigar in over 10 years perform this well. As for flavors, this cigar began very softly and was extremely mild for most of the smoke. This stick had to be smoked very slowly and softly to bring out the delicate flavors. Initially, it was slightly rough, with a bit of irritation in the back of the throat. That subsided at the half way point and flavors ramped up a bit. Mostly floral and fresh, subtle grassiness. Became more creamy as it progressed. Last third was best- never had a cigar do this. All the while, floral, grass, very light wood and a soft, rather short finish. Took it to the nub and had to go ever so slow to keep from getting too hot. No off taste at all left on the palate. Overall, a feel-good cigar that was enjoyable. I'm pleased with the performance and look for these to improve over time. Oh yes, the 'tang' showed up in a very soft way. Good cigar!2 points

We had dinner with some staff from El Laguito one night. I didn't make it to the factory this time. Still not much work going on there. Reduced numbers of rollers. Preparations are being made for the festival still. There will be a lot going on for the 50th anniversary in the factory for the February/March festival. Other cigars are being rolled there, as mentioned, PSD4, Romeo Churchills. The story is that wrapper for Behikes is rare at the moment. Of course that doesn't explain why Behikes are being rolled at other factories but I didn't get/can't remember an answer for that. I was hearing rumours from a number of sources that factory staff and even farmers aren't happy at the moment. Without mentioning organisation names, the "powers that be" have changed the pricing structure that farmers are paid for wrapper tobacco and they aren't happy. Factory staff also want more money. As far as I understand, official strikes are not possible in Cuba but production can be affected in such a way that the "higher-ups" make changes at management level in an effort to resolve the situation.2 points

Only with tea. Never coffee. Tim tams only with hot chocolate. But you can't just dunk them. Need to bite off a tip on either end and slurp up the hot chocolate like the tim tam is a straw. The. Best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk2 points

In any work environment as CEO/Owner, a large part of your responsibility is to build a team culture. That culture includes many core values but respect (to one another in the team) is a key one. Few people in this world have a clean sheet. We are human afterall. However, prior issues such as domestic vioilence, assault, theft etc is something I would not want to introduce into the team. Outside of that it is a case by case basis.2 points

apparently there was an ask jerry session on radio or wherever. it went, as they say, about as well as could be expected. some of the questions tweeted in... #AskJerryJones if you could go back in time and murder baby Hitler, would you do it or sign him as a defensive back? Rae Carruth is expected to be released from prision in 2018. With a need at WR, will you be interested in signing him? #askjerryjones Which prisons do you plan on visiting in the off-season looking for new players? #AskJerryJones You seem to be slightly depleted at the Running back position. Do you have Oscar Pistorius's number? #AskJerryJones Did you sign Greg Hardy because the Cowboys never beat anybody? #askjerryjones Is there any crime a football player could commit that would actually stop you from signing him? #askjerryjones Who would you want to see in a Cowboys uniform more Jeffery Dahmer or William Gacy? #AskJerryJones Will you make Bill Cosby the new cheerleading coach? #AskJerryJones If Vick beat women instead of dogs, how quickly would you have signed him? #AskJerryJones1 point

Everythings possible. However, I have a hard time believing these D4 could be made anywhere else at that standard. Even Partagas on their best day. To put it in perspective, I have been checking mastercases of D4 intensively for the past 8 years. Say 4 a month, 380 mastercases or thereabouts. I have seen some brilliant mastercases. I cant recall one ever producing only PSP/HQ (zero PE or fails). If these were coded RAE/GEO I would have been stunned while codes skewed to the right on the quality curve (high), I haven't seen a completley perfect batch before. MUO is generally very good in standard Cohiba lines. The MUO Esplendidos earlier this year perhaps the best i have ever seen (the ARG went close). So all things being equal, I am comfortable in my belief that the D4 had to come from EL. My question is why? Again not that it bothers me, just intrigued.1 point
