Sancho Panza Belicoso. These have a reputation for saltiness and even “driftwood”. There’s definitely salt there but I got some caramel and even chocolate too. No harshness at all, not even pepper on retrohale. Quite a bit going on I found difficult to place. Strange sort of sugar feeling on my lips.

N2. First try after 30 days rest. First third lots of retouching. After the ash fell it turned into a thing of beauty during the second third. Great flavor and smooth. Last third gained some strength. Will try again in a month.
