A friend and I were in the LCDH in Toronto on December 31,2019 when they were closing and I bought a three pack of tubos VI’s, the last sale that store made before closing for good. PLPC for a late lunchtime break today.

Unbelievably good: style and sophistication and even a little poncy Gallic shrug. Light caramel, baked spices on retrohale. Perfect daytime smoke.

The Bolivar Petit Corona is a pocket piledriver. Signature Boli strength. Manly, earth, spice, Yang energy. Sugar cane and perhaps some vanilla underneath. Big billowing smoke. I like to imagine they smoked these conquering South America.

‘17 Medio Siglo

Find these boys a step above CoRo in strength, body, whatever you want to call it. Quite different for me. Hits the ground running anyway. Gorgeous smoke.

i recently bought a box of Trini Reyes and really enjoy the flavor profile of this wonderful short smoke.  Everyday cigars for me are H. Upmann Half Coronas and RASS.  Low on stock, so I need to order.

I think so since it came in a CRA 2023 pack and from what I read he hasn’t released them yet. Will def try the regular line

Exploring the French! Also, finished off with homemade chocolate biscotti. I have to say, it really altered the flavor of my RASCC in a positive way. Got a lot of chocolate and coffee on the retro as you can expect + the fruit you can always expect from a RASCC. 

Tons of flavours on the palate this evening.
