The aged Punch seem to have a bit of spunk that I was thinking would pair well. So far a good combo.

Lot 40 is perhaps my favorite budget priced whiskey. I can't find it in Virginia, but snagged a bottle in Tennessee over thanksgiving. Wish I had bought a case.
