Simple comp: Two questions (sometimes about cigars but mostly not).

First question will ask you for your choice between two things.

Second will be to ask you if that was a "don't make me choose!" or "No contest" question for you.

Vote in the poll, discuss below if you wish

All participants go into the random draw for a 5-pack of MOFOH Robusto Trinity :cigar:

(drawn Tuesday mornings AEST)

I'm going with the 'Hawks only because Darnold's success will be further evidence of Woody Johnson's inability to field a successful team.

Cheers!

I think Seahawks are overall a bit better. But even more. I detest the Pats.

Went with the Seahawks, too. They are not my "team" (no longer support anyone exclusively now; game/league has gotten away from what I loved growing up as a kid), but I do love seeing their success just 2 seasons removed from getting rid of Pete Carroll. Detest that dude...

The Seahawks have had the top defense in the league all year. They remain fairly healthy and they are explosive on offense when they need to be. West Coast game in San Francisco and a West Coast team.

The Patriots are tough but the AFC hasn’t been as tough this year. No real dominant HEALTHY teams with consistently good showing. I think their record reflects that. Maybe I’m wrong.

Now after all that “insightful” rhetoric I’m going with my wife’s pick because “their uniforms are pretty”.

Seahawks all the way!

I know absolutely nothing about this game. Unlike Australian rules football they wear helmets tights and padding and eye make-up. 🫣. I am going for the Seahawks only because that is a better name.

The Seattle Seahawks are rightfully favourites and I expect them to win. If the New England Patriots win the Super Bowl this year after going 4 wins and 13 losses last year, and with their Quarterback Drake Maye in only his second year in the NFL, it will be a victory to be remembered, that's for sure.

Really needed a third option "I hope both teams lose" or "I am just here for Bad Bunny and the commercials".

I think the Seahawks will win, and I am hoping they do. All the years of the Patriots winning and dynasties is enough for me to root against them.

Not a big NFL fan.  With that said, I do like the Eagles. And given Toronto's proximity to Buffalo; I also like the Bills. I always wish them success as they can use the boost. Buffalo always has a "sad sack", "Armpit of America" feel to it. They definitely get more snow than we do. So they have my sympathies there. They love their hockey too. So, they're my underdogs. Sad that they got bounced again.

I’ve got no rooting interest here at all. I’ll say the Patriots because their D line and pass rush impressed me. I think the Patriots will be able to run the ball more successfully too.

Born in Massachusetts and certainly a Masshole. It's astonishing to witness the hate the Patriots foster in anyone not from this area. If the Pats win...

"They hate us because they ain't us."

Growing up in Western Canada there was limited option for watching NFL football as a kid. Seattle games were often the only games we got on TV, so I became a Seahawks fan. It would be really nice to see Darnold get a Super Bowl.

I’m a Giants fan, so I don’t hate the Patriots the same way others do, you know, because of those two SB wins against Brady. But I want the Seahawks to win for the Sam Darnold story. Not only is it a cool redemption arc, but his winning would stick it to Jets fans in a way I’m not proud to find delicious.

My wife is from KC. I think some of the hate comes from the fact that people hate Taylor Swift and now associate their games with having to see her all the time. I think that’s moronic, but I’ve certainly heard it from several people as one of their main reasons.

I just love Andy Reid. His answer after his first SB that he was going to get a cheeseburger is freaking etched into the comedy portion of my memory.

Reid loves his KC BBQ. He went to Q39 after one of the SB wins! The hate started before Taylor but agree it fueled more flames.
