cgoodrich Posted May 3 Posted May 3 185.0 lbs, 83.9kg. Very surprised since I’m still in recovery mode from back surgery and can only do short walks for exercise. Guess my lack of an appetite has helped. I’m sure it’s more muscle loss than fat, oh well. 2
DOYLE Posted May 4 Posted May 4 New scale! Measures all sorts of stuff. I got down to 189 a few days ago but moved back up to 190 today. Did pretty good but could have done better if I was more consistent with working out and if I cut out the beer and cocktails. 1
Mr.Q121 Posted May 4 Posted May 4 Really proud of this # locked in this month. No carbs, sugars & the hardest of all no booze. Cardio and free weights 6 days a week no matter what, no excuses. Win, lose or draw i feel real good about myself. So I consider myself a winner regardless. Thank you Pres. and all of you guys for providing such great inspiration. Lets all keep this going even if the contest is over. Fred 220.5lbs 1
ha_banos Posted May 4 Posted May 4 99kgs. I have nothing to add. Drinking regularly and not exercising and late night time snacking are not the greatest contribution to this goal. 1 1
First Lady Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Gentlemen if you haven't posted your final weights can you do so ASAP 😉
JohnS Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Stabilised around the 104 to 105 kg mark of late. Thanks for the competition, I hope to keep going! 2
Ford2112 Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Congratulations to everyone for putting in the effort. Weight loss and health is difficult, especially as we get older. My goal is to keep the weight off as I lose it and I am holding at a weight I haven't been in decades so I am thrilled. 3
Lucas Buck Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Could have done a lot better but got a little carried away on a couple celebration dinners. This was fun though. Thanks for the contest! 1
El Presidente Posted May 6 Author Posted May 6 I can't believe some of you actually put on weight Lise has sent me through the results. Let me go through it and I will post the winner this evening 2
Popular Post El Presidente Posted May 7 Author Popular Post Posted May 7 Winner of the 2026 FOH Fat Bastid Competition is ......... MrQ121 with a loss of 11.80% body weight ( 13.39 kilos!). Goldeneye Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Congratulations that is awesome. Had some training injuries and couldn’t keep running. When things settle down I hope to keep going with the weight loss 3
ha_banos Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Well done to those who managed to get control of changing habits. For some of us (me) no power to change habits again. Just got to be mindful of ones health. I'll keep on trying to make small changes again. 1
Mr.Q121 Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Congrats to all that lost some weight, kudos to all who at the very least tried. We many not always succeed but we keep trying. Sooner or later we find the right formula that works for us. Keep at it guys. it's well worth it. Fred 1
