Can he have a special exemption to burn off any excess gained in that time until say...the middle of April? Just sayin'! 😂 Despite living it up a bit in Malaysia, eating all the things I have been craving, I actually lost some weight. Must have been all the walking around. Down to 86.1kg. 2
Popular Post KevinRG Posted April 4 Popular Post Posted April 4 Down to 113.2kg, easier workouts and all around feeling better, hopefully I can stay the course. 5
BeerPimp Posted April 5 Posted April 5 I made a really good effort in March to hit the gym and do cardio and weights so I am down some 129.8kg. I look like I lost a little more than that so I think I gained some muscle mass. 3
DOYLE Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Making some progress. Down to about 200 lbs. Sorry Australians, I don't know how many stones that is. 😆 I'm limiting my eating for the most part and staying on an eating scheduled. Hiking on the weekends. I could probably do better if I cut out the drinking and worked out every morning. Hope everyone's doing well! 3
Popular Post cgoodrich Posted April 7 Popular Post Posted April 7 I know I’m late posting my weight, and I ask forgiveness, but I believe I have a valid excuse as I underwent spinal surgery late last week… 189.6lbs (86.0kg). Not sure I’ll be able to lose more while I am laid up recovering. At least now I’m allowed to get vertical and walk around a bit. 6

Popular Post Hammer Smokin' Posted April 12 Popular Post Posted April 12 Today was a special one. 2 years ago I was 280lbs. Last week I reached my target of 180lbs. My main way of weight loss was 100% exercise (which is how the internet says not to lose weight). My main exercise was walking which became jogging which became running. Today I completed my personal exercise goal. To complete North Americas oldest running race, starting in 1894. The Hamilton Around the Bay race. A 30km race that sits nicely between a half marathon and full marathon. As a born and raised Hamiltonian, it means something to complete this race. It's basically a goal of almost every Hamiltonian (at one point of their life). I got it done today. Notice the "around the bay". Hamilton Bay/Burlington Bay. My goal was to finish in under 3:30. I beat that. My second goal was to complete without walking/stopping. I completed that. Been booze free for the last two weeks in prep. Tonight will be a very special cigar and cracking a bottle of my favourite single malt. Weight loss isn't easy. But it can be done. 12 3

Popular Post Hammer Smokin' Posted April 13 Popular Post Posted April 13 Tried to enjoy my treat yesterday. My body had other thoughts. Enjoyed my steak dinner then passed out. So today I'm enjoying my treat. One of the two Behike 54. 2012s I've had since almost that long. 6 1
Popular Post Boss Hog Posted April 18 Popular Post Posted April 18 Body by Ozempic over here, gentlemen. Some view it as cheating but, the stuff actually works. Hit that pen weekly and never look back. Got me running around the house in my Calvins again like Marky Mark. Wife isn’t thrilled about it. 🤣 1 5
gembob Posted May 2 Posted May 2 I believe that's 88.9kg - little disappointed I've put 3lbs on since last weekend but such is life 2
Ford2112 Posted May 2 Posted May 2 I got down to 206 lbs last week. I fluctuate a lot but I'm not in a sprint. 1
BeerPimp Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Gained 0.4Kg from last month. April is hard because Easter and several birthdays. I am definitely going to continue with after today to keep up with the exercise and new eating habits. 1
KevinRG Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Still keeping up, trying to not focus on the numbers and staying on course, putting in the work everyday. Getting under 110kg was a pleasant surprise, good start of the month! 1
Lfhard Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Just hanging out in this range gain/lose a pound day to day but can’t get past this spot. Need to switch things up. 85.9kg. 1
