185.0 lbs, 83.9kg. Very surprised since I’m still in recovery mode from back surgery and can only do short walks for exercise. Guess my lack of an appetite has helped. I’m sure it’s more muscle loss than fat, oh well.

Today was a special one. 2 years ago I was 280lbs. Last week I reached my target of 180lbs.  My main way of weight loss was 100% exercise (which is how the internet says not to lose weight). My m

Go get'em boys!!! I failed two consecutive years on the Fat Bastid comp. Last time was '20 or '21. But something clicked for me in 2024. It didn't happen overnight, heck, it's still a work in pro

Oh, lots to do with both of those things! Diet wise, I didn't follow anything but 500 calorie deficit a day. But nothing specific, just a 3500 reduction a week (1lbs a week loss from that).  Alco

New scale! Measures all sorts of stuff.

I got down to 189 a few days ago but moved back up to 190 today.

Did pretty good but could have done better if I was more consistent with working out and if I cut out the beer and cocktails.

Really proud of this # locked in this month. No carbs, sugars & the hardest of all no booze. Cardio and free weights 6 days a week no matter what, no excuses. Win, lose or draw i feel real good about myself. So I consider myself a winner regardless.

Thank you Pres. and all of you guys for providing such great inspiration. Lets all keep this going even if the contest is over.

99kgs. I have nothing to add. Drinking regularly and not exercising and late night time snacking are not the greatest contribution to this goal.

Congratulations to everyone for putting in the effort. Weight loss and health is difficult, especially as we get older. My goal is to keep the weight off as I lose it and I am holding at a weight I haven't been in decades so I am thrilled.

Could have done a lot better but got a little carried away on a couple celebration dinners. This was fun though. Thanks for the contest!

Well done to those who managed to get control of changing habits. For some of us (me) no power to change habits again. Just got to be mindful of ones health. I'll keep on trying to make small changes again.

Congrats to all that lost some weight, kudos to all who at the very least tried.  We many not always succeed but we keep trying. Sooner or later we find the right formula that works for us. Keep at it guys. it's well worth it.
