@benfica_77, I joked in the Chatbox about a 'Cult of Ken' starting to happen here at FoH in regard to following his NFL tips, but it now seems to be a 'thing'. Wonderful! 😂

Can we get tee-shirts made? 😀

Erin Larkin. She is actually based here in Perth. Western Australia. Left in the pic or on Ken's right.

Cult Of Connoisseur Ken. Might be hard to grasp but would spark conversation when displayed on a T-shirt.

@MoeFOH you're artistic...maybe if you can make this Ken shirt into a reality with profits of the shirt going towards a charity of his holiness Ken's choosing.

Something tells me it's going to be 'The Charity of Ken". Donations to be made in fine wine/cigars.

When referring to Ken, please make sure you capitalize ‘His Holiness’. 🙏🏼

holy crap. i am away for a few days. it was an exceptional champagne tasting.

erin is a good friend - for wine lovers, you might know her as one of the writers for Wine Advocate in the days post Parker - and was over for a wedding. loves champagne so we had a champers arvo. everyone brings something they think a bit special. mine was a magnum of veuve Clicquot la grand dame 12. a couple of selosse and a 2000 Krug and the Billecart 99 clos st hillaire among the wines of the day. we did it last year at my place but i think they felt it would be good to have food other than chips and glasses that were not formerly home to vegemite, so this year we did it at another friend's - that is Marietjie. she and her husband have a wonderful place quite nearby. fabulous arvo. the week before, Marietjie held a sherry tasting/seminar (brilliant, though i was perhaps a little slow on the Monday morning).

when Quill and Pad fires up again, i hope to include both tastings. photos will be of bottles.

Ah, well...let's just say that the day you post tips advocating for the Dallas Cowboys' run of form (or similar), well that's the day that someone has 100% hacked your account/s and is impersonating you.

And we can't have that, can we?

they might have been playing the iggles or giants and the hate is nearly as strong there. but more likely, it is that divinity of the dancing wombats thought it would be fun to wait until i do pick them and then see them lose, just to spite me.

i can live with it. although the last time i felt pity for the girls, a few years later they were winning superbowls, so never again.
