I love a weekend! 

What;s up for the weekend folks? 

 

Walk and Gym session this morning and then I am working on the boat with youngest son Tom. Pick up a rib roast this afternoon, put it on, cigar, newspapers, negroni. Di will pour her chenin blanc and join me. Football tonight. 

 

Tomorrow is the last Sunday of the month so we are off to Moda with friends for their 4 hour extravaganza.

Sounds awesome. I have a work away day / party tomorrow. Midday until sunset. Seven bands, couple comedy acts, free grub and booze. I’ll bring along some smokes. Hoping the rain holds off 🤞

Invited for a sunset boat trip on a friend's boat for a sunset lake flotilla drunkfest.  Don't know what's in store, but. . .  yeah, I know what's in store.

My birthday tomorrow.  I'm sleeping in. I might go finish up a job and get paid for it. Otherwise I'm going to smoke a La Trova and spend time with family. Sunday ,fishing.

33 years in the mortgage business, and I've got to take the national loan officer license exam this morning so the company can stay licensed in a specific state...hope I pass 🤣 

Smoking a pork shoulder this afternoon for a family get together tomorrow on the patio after playing golf with my brother in law and a couple nephews.

Water conditions were too choppy for a swim, so it was a duathalon. Despite wind, had a great bike ride and ended up I'm top 10% for that leg.

Went to watch my horse at the races at Moonee Valley in Melbourne. He looked a touch worked up and ran out of gas to finish 5th. But a good day nonetheless. Nothing a whiskey sour doesn't fix. Sunday the sun actually came out so time to soak up some rays and Honduran tobacco. Cheers
