This is an article on women cigar smokers. 

Now some of my great mates are women cigar lovers. I treasure their friendship.

The growing legion of women cigar smokers are storming the male order of the fragrant leaf for one upmann-ship

 

Now, at gatherings of George Sand Society in Santa Monica, women cigar smokers outnumber men three to one. Then there is the Canadian women’s hockey team, which celebrated a gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics with cigars and beer. Cigar loving ladies like Sushmita Sen who like to puff on her Cohiba in public don’t care for gender apartheid. My women friends who smoke cigars would laugh at this article. We will see in time how many of the type referenced here remain in the hobby in 5 years after the initial fad rush has worn off.

Well I have to say, I really enjoy the fact I got a phone call the other day from my girlfriend.  She's a corporate flight attendant. She had just landed at Teterboro after a long flight from Killarney and was staying in Weehawken. She called to tell me about the cigars she bought herself at the cigar store next to her hotel.  

It's smoke in the house...with her.  I think that's pretty smoking haute.
