As eluded to in my previous post, I generally grab an assortment that I’ll dig for the next couple days. If you drybox, what is in yours right now?

I actually just quit dry boxing.
Had never done it, but so many people said it improves the flavors and burn that I gave it a try for a month.

Honestly didn't notice any difference, but i keep my stock at 65% and my room rh is typically about 60%, so they really weren't changing rh by that much, so that may be why.

Also decided to no longer pick out my smokes in advance and got rid of my "on deck" tupperdor too and now just wing it and pick whatever grabs me when I decide I want to smoke. Also stopped smoking at the same times every day too. Now I smoke whenever I feel like it instead of based on when meals and medication times are.

Had decided I had become way too rigid in my smoking and it was detracting from my enjoyment

So far, its been proven correct for me and I enjoy winging it much better.

I know many drybox out of necessity though due to their environment where they live though.

I'd be all over the Medaille d'Or No. 4 and Sir Winnie... Enjoy - looks like an awesome selection

I only do it out of necessity. Where I live when have had so much rain this summer. I can keep all of my storage in sealed bins with Boveda packs in the mid - low 60% rh, but my “to be smoked” humidor has a hard time staying that low

Yeah, I understand that people in certain climates don't have a choice really.

For me, it just isn't really necessary as everything smokes fine at my constant 65% and my room is pretty constant at 60%, but the outdoor rh is like 20% or so almost constantly.

We get very little rain or snow here since we are a high desert.

I try to keep my entire inventory in smokable condition so dry boxing isn't as much a necessary step as it is a convenience step.  I just emptied mine out yesterday with Monte Edmundo and Qdo 54 getting consumed.  The fun is deciding what's going in the box tonight and how do I keep my hands off the pricey good stuff.

I was about to pull the trigger on a box of Opus Double Corona's - how are you finding them?

Nice list :)

I don’t often smoke cigars that big but I think they’re perfect. It allows a cigar as strong as the opus to really develop.

Looking forward to the next couple days! I’m going to need to order another box of media lunas soon because they’ve all been great
