Puros Y Vino Posted December 30, 2019 Posted December 30, 2019 Out for dinner with friends and then back to our place. Maybe a cigar New Year's Day weather permitting. 1
Popular Post BoliDan Posted December 30, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 30, 2019 Our 20 month old likes to wake up at 5:30am. We're going to have a drink ( maybe two!) And then go to bed at a reasonable hour. Who knows, we might even be able to fit a game of Uno. That's a bit wild, but we'll see where the night takes us. ? 5 1
PigFish Posted December 30, 2019 Posted December 30, 2019 I was rather hoping to revisit some of my better smoking experiences prior to the new year. The way the old one is shaping up, it does not look like it is going to happen... -Piggy 1
Habana Mike Posted December 30, 2019 Posted December 30, 2019 Couple of friends over. Filet Oscar with King Crab legs for the main. Wine, Bourbon, Champagne. Time to dust off the box of Monte A's for my traditional NYE smoke. Lasts easily from dinner through the ball drop. Happy New Year FOH! 1
Popular Post Bram Smoker Posted December 30, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 30, 2019 Meeting up with @encephalization and @Thirds this evening at One Eyed Jack's in Bentonville. It is the night before NYE, but figure it counts. With little kids there are no plans on NYE that don't revolve around Paw Patrol and throwing a fit before bed. We'll post a few pictures of the cigars as the night progresses. @encephalization generously brought a PL Encantos that we smoked while awaiting @Thirds arrival. He also provided this brilliant custom (pictured). We ended the night with the Dip Nortenos. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and left many amazing cigars to be smoked at a later date. Thanks for making the trip gents! Wish it could happen more often. 7
Hammer Smokin' Posted December 30, 2019 Posted December 30, 2019 We throw a small gathering at our place (likely under 10 people). My wife and I are big into music, and two of our favourite bands are playing. Phish at Madison Square Gardens on the East Coast, and the Dead at the Forum in LA on the West Coast. That'll allow us to watch both concerts and watch the countdown from each of our favourite bands. Cigar wise I'm on the fence between my favourite, an Espy, or try one of the '11 Siglo 6's I just acquired. 2
Meklown Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 My partner was hospitalized yesterday as her fever did not abate since last Friday. Looks likely new year's will be spent in the hospital, I'll bring a bottle of Scotch but likely to have no cigars. 11

anjimj Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Very simple night. Getting together with family and friends for dinner, drinks and hope to sneak outside for a plpc before midnight. 1
rckymtn22 Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Going to spending New Years on a plane to Brisbane. Part of a Canadian contingent head over to help with the wildfires. Hoping to get some time to stop by FOH world headquarters. Happy New Years to everyone! 3 1

dicko Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Heading to a mates house locally who always puts on an awesome party. Ocean views and plenty of booze and food. Been smoking some random singles recently I have a QDO Imperiales that looks good. Happy NYE

It was a pleasure meeting @encephalization (Gifted the awesome custom), seeing @Bram Smoker again (who brought the Nortenos). The Maestros was what accompanied me on the drive and the Belicosos was for the ride back to the hotel... Without this forum, I wouldn’t know guys like this and that’s what makes this place, and our hobby, special. Happy New Years, FOH forum. 8
Subcomandante Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 New Year’s Eve we just stay home and try an avoid the drunks and random bullets people shoot in the air here in Los Angeles. But New Year’s Day we go to Rose Bowl and watch the game after all you can eat food and drinks at the official Rose Bowl tailgate. All for free thanks to my fiancé’s company. 2
anacostiakat Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Going to root around for a birthday and New Year's eve cigar. Will pair with some Whistlepig Old World Rye. Happy New Year everybody! 1

SokaKiel Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Will be celebrating in the air over Japan, take off in 20 mins. from Tokyo and then 10mins. later I hope Air France will serve some champagne for the celebrations! A small snack in the lounge while streaming the fireworks from Sydney harbour! Was lucky enough to be there two years ago, it was awesome! In the “phone booth” of the lounge I enjoyed a small PLPC. Hate it that they closed all the restaurants with decent smoking section at both Tokyo airports. Settled in my seat for the next 13hrs. Now just a few glasses of champers are amiss! Happy New Year to all members around the world where ever you may be celebrating!Leif Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 1
BrightonCorgi Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Not sure which cigars are for tonight, but a bottle of 1920 Delaforce Vintage Port is for the main event.

MountainMilG Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 In Prague on anniversary trip. Was in Berlin last few days. Right now having seleccion maestro and a BBF at LCDH Prague. Will nap and stay up for midnight and fireworks. 2
joey rockets Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 My New Years Eve began hours ago which is babysitting grandkids so their parents can have the night out so for obvious reasons the cigars will stay on the short and sweet side of things. I cannot recall the last time I wasn't in bed at midnight on New Years Eve as I now deem it amateur's night out and choose to stay out of sight and out of trouble. 2
Popular Post RijkdeGooier Posted December 31, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 31, 2019 New Years eve started with the crew at the casa. Champagne and cigars. Now back at home to prepare a family gathering with more champagne, no cigars but fireworks. Everybody a very happy New Year? 6

The Dead as in Dead & Co. Lead by Bobby Weir. Closest thing to the Dead without Jerry. (which is why they are not the Grateful Dead). Enjoyed night 3 of 4 last night. Great show! 2
