I have had the #2 and just finished the #1 and they were ok ,enjoyable, but I have to say I enjoy the peso selectos better. Just my 2 cents.

So far, Churchills are my favorite.  I would like to try a Cazadores next.

I somehow wound up with one of the worst boxes of cigars in my life (from a reputable source, not from our gracious hosts here though) and never again will I buy them from anyone other than FOH. 10 count box of Short Churchills (TOU FEB18) and of the 10, 8 are just pocketed sponges. I'll get about 3-4 puffs and think to myself, "hey, this one is finally going to work!" then it hits an underfilled soft spot and goes out faster than if I turned a hose on it. I'll curse the roller's family a couple of times, cut an inch off, re-light, and try again until the exact same situation arises. After two of those cycles, I throw it against a brick retaining wall in my backyard and make out-loud assumptions about the roller's mother. If I ever muster up the courage to try another box of RyJ it's going to be HQ or PSP and only be from FOH. No factory who gives a damn about cigars ever would have let this box leave their facility.

Exhibitions are good, the larger Cerdos vitolas are terrific,  Belicoso (newer production) could be best in class, and the Churchill is a classic.

There was a bit a down period for R&J; the first half or longer of this century, but they are back and most of the portfolio is great.

When they’re on, the unique barnyard and cherry flavor has wowed me. But the last 3 years have been fickle IMO. Churchills and Belicosos have been mostly stellar. I’ve had a few mind-blowing short churchills as well. But I regret missing out on the PSP run of them in 2017/early 2018, after which I clearly recall they ended up on the “not” side of El Prez’s “what’s hot, what’s not” list. Have yet to see them return to the hot list, which I’m anxiously awaiting.

Mille Fleurs, Churchills, Ex #4, Cazadores, Short Churchill, Wide Churchill

Lovely stuff

Almost exactly my picks. Just replace the Wide Church for the Cedro series... Favourite being the Cazzie.
I've also been a big fan of the TPC (and still am). Always loved that format, been great in all marcas, alas, all gone the way of the Dodo...

I don't particularly like the WC either but know that it has been a consistent performer so added it for others benefit.

I can't agree more with you on the TPC either, some of the best RyJ I've had have been those, I think I'm down to about 6 or 7 left and that's it sadly

Milf Lure for the win.  I could smoke those for the rest of my days and be content.

I’ll take 2 CABS of MILF LURES!!!

I normally hate fishing, but I’ll grab my pole and sling a line into the pond with a milf lure.

Love a Churchill in the afternoon, mulling about. It's a long activity cigar to me. I think there's always a place in my humidor for the Churchill, Short and Wide. Maybe not all at once, but at least 2 of 3 at all times. Prefer something fuller in the evening.
