Never thought I could lose this fast. I think i am doing great. I am averaging about 30-35 miles a week of running. Not eating to much really friggin hungry but plowing down protein shakes to try and help. That’s awesome brother! Keep up the good work ? 1
marquardt65 Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Crud. I'm sad I missed this. Not active enough. Good luck to everyone.

ha_banos Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 Hmm. M down about 1kg. Don't think I'll be winning this competition....
El Presidente Posted February 22, 2019 Author Posted February 22, 2019 Down to 92.6 The next 14 days I have three large scale dinners and a week in Hong Kong. If I can stay under 93 I will be thrilled. 1
Habana Mike Posted February 26, 2019 Posted February 26, 2019 Down to 98.5 on the scales this morning, Drop another Kg and I'll be at my 97.5 goal down from 105 at the start. Not much travel the next couple of weeks, maybe I can get to 95! 1

dominattorney Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 I am down to 98 kg, but I've been at that weight for the last 3 weeks. if I can make 95.5 I'll be pretty happy as that will put me in a lower weightclass for WL, but I think it might be more of a slow burn for me.
Habana Mike Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 Getting close to the final weigh-in. Strike Bourbon the next 3 days.....
Wertman Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 Fellas i am down almost 30 pounds. Looking for another 10 by weigh in. How is everyone doing? 2
Popular Post GotaCohiba Posted March 8, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 8, 2019 Starting weight of 231.4, current as of this morning 199 Shocked and thrilled at the same time 6
lestabantam Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 (edited) Great going GotaCohiba. 91kg for me. I'm only down 4kg from the start. At last weigh in I was 88kg so I've put 3kg back on... Hardly competition winning form but at least I'm not heavier than January. Well done to all those that have lost so much. Edited March 9, 2019 by lestabantam Thought weigh in was this weekend. One more week. Yay! 1

Phillys Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 Down to 102kg (oups missed the mid-Feb update), scale says I only lost 2.5 kg, but I suspect that there is muscle gain here as I do feel that the fat has gone down. 1
benfica_77 Posted March 10, 2019 Posted March 10, 2019 Keeping kicking ass guys! Here's some motivational videos to get in the zone and stick to your goals! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mk82j1jQw_8 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JQ7BtAomdY This is below is a reminder that small changes in diet and exercise can have big ramifications. Everything counts! For want of a nail the shoe was lost. For want of a shoe the horse was lost. For want of a horse the rider was lost. For want of a rider the message was lost. For want of a message the battle was lost. For want of a battle the kingdom was lost. And all for the want of a horseshoe nail. 1
MoeFOH Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 All righty, ye fat and not so fat anymore bastids, your moment of truth is almost upon you! FINAL WEIGH-IN IS HERE! Time to dump whatever remaining excess you can... and get on the scales before 9am Tuesday 19th (Brisbane time). At which time we'll close off the comp and discern the winner! You know the drill. Refer to Rob's initial post if you're unsure. After that, more cake and beer for everyone! 1
Fuzz Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Yeah, after CNY and a few "work related" dinners, Fat Bastid comp was blown out of the water for me. I'm definitely not reaching my target of under 80kg.

I’ve basically starved myself for the duration of this contest and currently feeling like I don’t have a chance to win it. That said....... if nothing else we should all be in better health for it Thank you @El Presidente for doing this for us It’s been great motivation for me that’s been long overdue 1
Habana Mike Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Oh yeah! Got on the scales this morning and I'm already below the stated goal. Time to starve a couple of more days to kill this and then head to a Rodizio! 1
