I like tmac's thinking but I'll expand a little. I think you should bring sticks that fit the most common occassions you will find yourself in.

Since you will be in several different places and for different functions you might not know all the smoking accommodations (I'm assuming this is the long business trip you posted about previously). I would bring the follwing types of sticks:

PC or Shorts for AM coffee or after dinner.

Robustos/Pymirids for gifting. (If you wanted to kill two birds with one stone you could break open some leftover Combinaciones - Estuche x Festival cigars and gift those turzs out. I think you could even call them "Vintage" )

Coronas or Laguito 1/2 for actually kicking back when and where you can, depending on time.

Unless you know exactly where and when you will be smoking I wouldn't take any DC or Churchills. It seems whenever I travel I never have that much time to relax and kick back.

And if you plan on coming to So. Cali bring a few of those Partagas and Ramon Allones Coronas

If you bring a box of Encantos I'm sure you'll make any afficionado you encounter very happy and also keep yourself Cubaniqliy satisfied.

As of my own 4 boxes, I doubt I'd be able to endure 4 different cigars over 21 days, but cigars that seldomly bore me would be:

- Ramon Allones Small Club Corona. I can easily smoke two of these a day.

- Partagas Serie D No. 4. A Robusto that hits all the right spots and never seems to bore me (reminds me I should re-up before the month ends)

- Montecristo No. 4. Haven't bought a box of these in a LONG time, keep looking for some HQ/PSP boxes during LFTH that you promised!

- Partagas SdC No. 2. I only have one box of these that I guard with my life, but if I had more, it'd be my quintessential travel cigar!

I've only ever traveled with Robustos and Siglo IVs and only share occasionally but up the front of the plane with the captain you always have room for more than just four. . Also, I imagine you give more than you receive. So maybe post a few boxes ahead to hotels
