Hand picked Saint Luis Rey Serie A, ULE JUL 14, from our illustrious host...

These arrived Friday and I've been chomping at the bit to try one. My first impression is the cigar needs a few more days to acclimate. Pairing it with a Not Your Father's Root Beer, a 5.9% ABV offering from Small Town Brewery...very tasty!

Cheers!

I agree, I received mine on Thursday and smoked one Friday. They're good now but I can't wait to see how they progress. The corona gorda is my favorite votola, nice pick up.

Google for LCDH in that region - these are still available everywhere.

Totally agree on both the cigar and the beer, Bill.

I think that the SLR Regio is smoking better fresh than the SLR Serie A, but they will both be really good down the road.

The "Not Your Father's Rootbeer" is pretty damn tasty and a nice change of pace.

Cheers!
