Popular Post BlackIrish Posted August 24 Popular Post Posted August 24 Illusione ~HL~ lancero last night. Didn't take a photo, but it was excellent. Coffee, cedar, graham cracker, cinnamon, and baking spices that become spicier over time. Really satisfying, with very nice complexity and smooth transitions that lasted 1:45. 9

I had one last week, definitely ready to smoke now - lovely cigar. Some of my friends in the industry said it was good from day 1, I waited till the last few months to crack into my boxes. 27 1
Popular Post Lucas Buck Posted August 25 Popular Post Posted August 25 PAR OCT ‘00 JL2 Cab - didn’t care for any Juan Lopez until I smoked one with serious age. Not sure any Havana changes more than a JL2. Completely different cigar. Going from a couldn’t care less stick to one of my favorite robustos is something special and unusual to say the least. Phenomenal. 31
Popular Post BoliDan Posted August 25 Popular Post Posted August 25 Painful weekend. Might as well end it nicely 30

Popular Post riderpride Posted August 25 Popular Post Posted August 25 This week, I had the pleasure of trying my first CS, N2, and Spada Gorda from my sampler package thanks to the FOH team. Thank you! Cheers 24
Glass Half Full Posted August 25 Posted August 25 3 hours ago, my happy place said: How was this? Remarkable. The way more sophisticated and complex "Pappy" (so to speak; maybe the "Oedipus Rex") to the best imaginable Cohiba Talisman. Really it seemed like a marca all of its own (kind of how the Edmundo Dantes doesn't truly relate to any of the other Habanos lines), yet I couldn't help making comparisons to help my small mind grasp it more fully. In all honesty, in ways I kinda wished I could have given it 10 more years. That's the level of complexity. ...But it was a "once-in-a-lifetime" gift (okay, maybe more than once but that's the sense of it :) All the more thanks to remembrances shared of the friend to whom this gift was originally given. A multilayered wonder of a gift. 1 1

Phenomenal. Wrapper on that stick looks phenomenal. I just need to pony up and grab a cab of these and stow them away. Top 5 reliable and enjoyable Robusto for me.
