I went to NYC last week for what was supposed to be two nights and then was going back to NJ this week. Turns out my flight back last week was cancelled and with all the storms it would have been Sunday night I could get back. Since I was going back this Tuesday, I decided just to stay. So my two night trip turned into ten. I did not plan for that, I so ran out of cigars. So for the first time in almost forever I was smoking non-Cubans for a week. Found a nice shop and bought an assortment not really knowing what I was doing but the shop did help. Back now and having a JL1  They weren’t bad but there is nothing like a good Cuban cigar

Amazing cigars.  It’s pretty much the classic Trinidad flavors, only for a lot longer.  It’s like spending 3 hours in a pastry shop.

This was the last special production I bought before the prices exploded.

Nice to be back to enjoying my Cuban cigars.

This P2 was getting on my nerves. It kept burning up one side, running like crazy, and no amount of touching it up with the lighter was helping. Then the memories of the old high school days kicked in when the left handed cigarettes went to running and you wiped some slobber on it. This technique works well on cigars.

Edit: I ran out of patience and slobber. Pitched the poorly constructed bish a little over half way.

Glad someone enjoyed one tonight!😄   Mine was a dog rocket on the burn, but good on the taste buds, whenever it was burning good. I like that double oaked too.
