Monti #4 after a long day of yardwork......spring is finally here???  Very tight draw so far, hope it loosens up some.  Enjoying this with a good strong coffee. That's a first for me, as I usually smoke at night and rum seems a better match. See quite a few folks on here drinking coffee, with a cigar so thought I would try it..very good actually!

EDIT: 2/3 in and draw is perfect, very tasty little treat....and the coffee is great with it......learn something new everyday;)

Settling in for the evening with a book and a Montecristo No 1 (BUM ABR 15). These have been smoking a treat, the aroma is so lovely, but burn does waver a bit.

Started with a Party Short MOE APR 14 & proceeded to a RASCC AME OCT 13 paired with the last of my one bottle of Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2013.

Today did not suck.

LUB OCT 14 Lusi. Just superb. That rich, deep citrus and sea salt flavor, with just a hint of cane syrup.

Workin on a diplo no. 1.  Started out so tight I couldn't get a draw. Because of all the wind i retreated to the garage, got a little creative with a drill bit. Opened the draw up pretty good!  Not a flavor bomb. Very mellow, slight spice and sweetness I can't put my finger on quite yet. Enjoyable though. Anyone have experience with these when they were young?  Found a few reviews here but not much.

Just finished this guy. Wow, really opened up after the first 3rd. Nuts, dried fruit sweetness, and a mineral hint. Fantastic. Wish these were easier to find.....   glad I have a few more!

Torreon, first for me from a few singles I picked up a while back.  Not sure if it is $700 jar worthy...but pretty damn good.  Medium bodied, smooth and sweet.

I was the same. I always smoked at night with rum or whiskey. Then i lit up a cigar in the afternoon and didn't feel like rum or whiskey, so i tried a coffee. And now I'm actually smoking with a coffee as i type this. Great combination.
