You EV people can go and punch sand. :lol3:

What are people with real cars paying at the bowser currently?

Filled up this morning for 98 fuel at $2.90 AUD a litre which is $7.20 USD per gallon (thereabouts).

I don't drive a whole lot but that is a 33% increase in just over three weeks.

Yowza!

I really hope that freedom can be delivered to all world wide before my next tank of fuel is required :cigar:

It was $2.69 for 98 for me a week ago and I've been driving as little as possible in the hopes that the next time I fill up it won't be even higher but I'm bound to have a stroke next attendance at the petrol bowser.

I'd hate to be hooked on sniffing the stuff. You're now in cocaine price land.

$4.20 / Gallon for 93 Octane in SE Michigan.

10.88RMB ($1.58) / Liter for 98 in SE China.

1.469£/L E10 here locally which seems to be 7.39$/gallon 95.

That's up from around 1.30£ recently so 11% increase here so far. Car's always driving around locally. So 50£ every couple weeks.

Looks like I missed an interesting spike recently!

As per my fuelling app, at this very moment: EUR 2.18 €/L for 95 (E5), which is USD 9.50 per gallon. Cheapest diesel in my area is €2.26, most stations at €2.31 = USD 10.07 the gallon. Ouch!

….and I have to drive a lot these days. 🙄

Will have to slip in even more Chicos into my rotation.

22% up for gas (95), and 38% on diesel compared to ‘pre-Iran’.

This week in Sydney, around where I live it's $AU2.49 litre. Three weeks ago I filled up for $AU1.50 a litre.

Have not filled up since before this started as we don't drive a ton. Not yet hitting four bucks a gallon here in DC area. Soon to come I am sure. It does seem puzzling that we don't get anything from Iran so why are our prices skyrocketing? Heh...

Is it 98 the octane you are buying? Our typical pumps don’t go higher than 93. Is there a measurement difference or does your car actually fly?

89 octane by me costs $5.49 / gallon.

About 3.69/gallon around here. I don't drive a lot so it's not too important to me. I think it's up about 15% from before the little  excursion. Heating oil, propane, and diesel are up something like 20%.

3.29 Gal here.

Posted

On day 1 of the "excursion"...it was at 3.49 a gal for diesel  (I shop at a grocery store that gives fuel points for dollars spent on groceries. Gotta eat so...I can get up to a 1.05 off a gallon).

On day 2 of the excursion...it was at 4.59.

As of last time I drove past the station it said 5.29 diesel and gas had dropped down to 4.55 from 4.69.

They do that right before they have a new tanker coming in to refuel the underground tanks. They'll take a small loss or break even deal and make it up on the new load.

Happens almost like clock work every time.
