Popular Post westg Posted February 28 Popular Post Posted February 28 A beautiful Bolivar Super Coronas 2014 last night with a bottle of Voyager Estate 2021 Cab Sav which was delicious. Beach this morning for a swim, a little cold and windy but I went in anyway. The last day of summer in this neck...so I am going to stretch today as far as I can. Off to the weekend markets with my two blue eyed demons. (Girls) 10 1
Popular Post garifo Posted February 28 Popular Post Posted February 28 Had this earlier this morning while smoking some ribs and steaks. 11
Popular Post WestCoastSmokin Posted February 28 Popular Post Posted February 28 Evening out with my beautiful wife! Sushi Dinner first then went to the lounge for a smoke! I brought along a Connie A for myself and a Punch Punch for the wife. She really enjoyed her cigar (this is her second weekend in a row smoking a cigar…I think she’s hooked 😂) she said it reminded her of the Partagas Lusi I smoked last week lol. The Connie A was a solid 88-89. Wasn’t my favorite from the box but it got the job done. 11
joeypots Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Dealing with snow storm damage. Snowed Sunday evening into Monday. Heavy, heavy wet stuff out where I live. Wind bursts are said to have hit 90 mph Monday morning. Thousands of trees down. A big one and my utility, or electric, pole came down on our cars. We are ok, dogs are ok, and our income property is vacant this time of year so we have our own place to stay for a while. One car, mine total loss, wife's car has some body damage but is otherwise fine. Many people are not so lucky and property damage around here is pretty bad even if we didn't get as much snow as some of the surrounding area. Elderly people without generators were unable to get out for 2 or 3 days. Quite a bit of community cooperation with kitchens open and some hot meal delivery. The numbers of out of state and private electric and tree trucks with buckets that showed up is amazing. I bet there were a thousand on this spit of land I live on. It really all can turn to shit in 5 minutes. I smoked a lovely CORO last night, I'll rate it a Mmmmmm. Couple of nice cigars on deck for Sunday. Here's a few pics. 1 14

Popular Post Stevenm Posted March 1 Popular Post Posted March 1 Decided to have this combo yesterday for Fuente Friday. The chocolate and light fruit notes of the Fuente Opus x Destino al Siglo Super Belicoso paired perfectly with the Blanton's straight from the barrel. 10

We got the same storm in NS but not as bad as you guys. We got 16” but it was colder so the snow not as heavy. The winds were crazy just like a hurricane. Hope you’re all well. 4

Popular Post Lucas Buck Posted March 1 Popular Post Posted March 1 Smoked a wonderful ‘05 Hamlet Salomones while watch in the NFL Combine. Next best thing to the draft in April. Can’t wait! 10
Popular Post Goldeneye Posted March 1 Popular Post Posted March 1 Golf simulator Saturday night, runs and saunas Saturday and Sunday mornings at the local rec centre. Still too cold outside for a cigar, this winter is refusing too let up in part of the world. 7
Popular Post Chibearsv Posted March 1 Popular Post Posted March 1 Still cold here, so typical garage time. Horses, tunes, cigars. A visual reflection of boxes I’ve been through in the past couple years. 21 San Juan - Marshmallow, cream, bit of charred wood, twang, and a bit of pepper on the retro. Nice but needs a bit more time down. 10 1

Popular Post Ruggerpgh99 Posted March 2 Popular Post Posted March 2 Nursing shoulder and knee injuries kept me out of playing in our club championships this weekend for platform tennis, but it didn't stop me from having a nice morning cigar with some coffee (Spada) followed by some tequila while watching the rest of my guys play for the title. Spada was a great morning smoke, the Last Call by AJ was a super balanced smoke, lots of flavors. I had some construction issues on the Partagas MF, but the flavors, especially in the final third were rocking. 8

Popular Post carsncigarsuk Posted March 2 Popular Post Posted March 2 Yesterday I went to a friend's house and met up and a few of had a mini-herf. Smoked an Attabey and a My Father The Judge. Lovely way to spend a Sunday. 11
Popular Post JPark3 Posted March 2 Popular Post Posted March 2 Pretty relaxed weekend; Saturday was tris/bis at the gym, watched Bama softball, and took the daily stroll with the dogs. Spada Gorda accompanied us (pictured) and hit differently than it has before. This one was all cedar/cloves with baking spices in and out. Sunday was leg day and it was warm enough outside that when at home, I was outside in only shorts (not pictured as that is paid content). We're back in the 40's today so the day is already ruined 😂. Had my first Queen Corona out of a 5er and it was all cocoa and bakery notes. Add in some vanilla cream and I would have sworn it was a Monte. Definitely going to be a bundle buy going forward. 9

Popular Post PhysicalPhysicist Posted March 3 Popular Post Posted March 3 Pre-b'day smokes! Hoyo Epicure de Luxe LCDH. Initially a bit cedar and cream. Slightly tight but no draw tool needed. Just a slight sweetness to it. 2nd third it gets a bit "darker" with a kind of coffee undertone. The final bit was just as great as it got just a bit more sweet and the creamy nutty note took back over. Fantastic smoke. Sadly my only one. 10
Popular Post Gubbins Posted March 3 Popular Post Posted March 3 I spent a long weekend with the other half in Vienna. Beautiful City and architecture at every turn. Definitely a place you will find yourself on your feet a lot though, despite the brilliant transport links, and so managed to get through a nice selection of my own cigars. No lounges available in Vienna and very limited Cuban stock, but lots of nice terraces and bars/coffee houses to enjoy. 10
