BlueWS Posted Thursday at 12:12 AM Posted Thursday at 12:12 AM Congrats Griller, you're 1 away from winning it all. 2
Marco_011t556 Posted Thursday at 12:16 AM Posted Thursday at 12:16 AM Congrats Griller! Kurt is coming up! 3
Popular Post griller Posted Thursday at 01:58 AM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 01:58 AM WOW! My first thought is a broken clock is right 2x a day & that I've been REALLY lucky here! Never thought I'd hit the first 4 guesses, but I will say that good construction has been a big help in my guesses. Hard to get some of the telltale flavors when a cigar is plugged, wind tunnel, not burning worth a crap, etc. We'll see what #5 brings & hope I can go 5 for 5 (but not holding my breath LOL). This has been a lot of fun regardless & very grateful to FOH for allowing me to be a part of this. 16
vvvendo1969 Posted Thursday at 02:20 AM Posted Thursday at 02:20 AM Really GREAT! @griller Hope you can achieve 5 for 5! 2
Popular Post BlueWS Posted Thursday at 02:59 AM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 02:59 AM @griller If you tank #5, the door is wide open for six other people to tie. PRESSURE'S ON! I'm abstaining from guessing #5. I think I'm going to vote BHK 58 for lol's. Here's all current production Hermoso #4 if this helps anyone. I'm tired of seeing TacoSauce pick the wrong vitola 😁 Por Larranaga Picadores H Upmann Connie #1 Vegas Robaina Fomoso Romeo y Julieta Exebicion #4 ERDM Choix Supreme SLR Regios RG Coronas de Lonsdale 4 4
Duxnutz Posted Thursday at 04:34 AM Posted Thursday at 04:34 AM 🤠 This round was tough. The twang for me was why I picked JL2 as it’s very prevalent in ny experience. The usual orange flavor was actually more lemon/honey for me and led me down the CORO path (nearly oh so nearly) but I’ve never seen a Cohiba look like this. Some floral elements and general inconsistency led me short Churchill. In the end a coin toss JL vs RyJ. Twang gave it to the JL in the end. 2

Those other 5 contestants are: @Superhans @Duxnutz @Chucko8 @EMC12 @vvvendo1969 @garifo Oh, and congratulations @griller. All the best of luck for Cigar No.5! 3
LordAnubis Posted Thursday at 08:07 AM Posted Thursday at 08:07 AM This was my least favourite cigar, I think from memory, and I'm surprised it’s a JL2 because I thought I mostly like 'em. Is @Fuzz even trying? 2
BG318 Posted Thursday at 10:25 AM Posted Thursday at 10:25 AM Go @griller! This has been fun to follow, and good luck to you all for pick 5. 1

Keep it going. No pressure at all lol.
chasy Posted Thursday at 11:59 AM Posted Thursday at 11:59 AM I can already tell Cigar 5 is going to be very hard…

Ruggerpgh99 Posted Thursday at 02:03 PM Posted Thursday at 02:03 PM I got, almost no flavor on this one, which made it hard to make a guess. Very impressed with Griller, and anyone else getting a lot of these right.
chasy Posted Thursday at 03:43 PM Posted Thursday at 03:43 PM Correct guesses so far: RASS: 12 PSD4: 10 HDM2: 22 JL2: 20 Looks like the guessing is getting easier, as more of the Robusto's have been elimanted. Cigar 5 has been said to be a Hermoso 4 vitola, so I expect Cigar 5 to have the fewest correct guesses! 1 1
Shakey Posted Thursday at 07:30 PM Posted Thursday at 07:30 PM Congrats to @griller for excellent work! Hope you are able to sweep the event. 2

I swear my example is so close in dimensions to the previous 4 (and a Bolivar Royal Corona I have in my 'dor) that it seems odd to me that 1 cigar would be an oddball to the other four in the tasting. Then again, El Prez could be pranking all of us too, LOL! 1

Then again, El Prez could be pranking all of us too, LOL! Cigar 5 made me think Bolivar but there's no Hermosos #4 Bolivar. So maybe Bolivar Royal Corona. But I did originally think it might be a BPC since I thought some of the other cigars were Hermosos #4 and this was noticeably smaller in RG. And I'm 0/4 so far. And I felt pretty confident cigar #4 was a Romeo y Julieta. 3
