I agree. And the Montesco has been a popular size for a few years now.

I was curious about the Silver Jubilee and got a quarter box to try them out. Smoked one which was pretty good, would have bought a box after trying it if it hadn't been a Montesco. 🤣

At any given time there is seemingly a maximum acceptable RG, and anything one above that is an insult to good taste.

Currently 52 (Edmundo) or 54 (PSE2) are acceptable and 55 (Montesco) or 56 (Rio Seco) are jawbreakers. 😂

That's my main objection to larger RG cigars, the price, seems like there's a big premium. Look at the price for Rio Seco a lot of the time... Thankfully FOH usually has reasonable prices on them.

It seems like Europe is getting all the nice sized releases this time. A 38 Laguito No.2 LGC, a 42 Eminentes RA, and a 44 Half Corona QDO 50 cab. What's more, a 50 cab QDO and a 40 cab RA in 109!
