I have several Duponts. My old favorite was my Punch and Tobey lighter, but that one was stolen from me. This is the prettiest of my collection.

Most of us use relatively inexpensive lighters on a regular basis. I will use a FOH travel lighter 99% of the time these days However I have a huge appreciation of a  great lighter. I love the in

I'm a bit of a lighter hoarder - had a brilliant Cartier lighter in the day that was lost/stolen/dropped whilst inebriated ;)

I use my Ligne 2 (Rose Gold) for in the house and the Le Grand when out. The Edward Sahakian travel lighter is also tremendous and used daily for my dog walks....

The Le Grand is the dream lighter (or the reality lighter in this case) but beware, it uses a lot of fuel!

I've got a Cartier lighter that was my Grandmothers, it's a little hard to light, I hardly use it.

My dream would probably be the Dupont double soft flame - forget the name.
I have a fake Dupont, it's nice.
As silly as I am with money - I couldn't justify $1,000 (or more) on a lighter.

I have a Maxijet, though. It's nice - never fails to light.
However, I find myself using the Xikar, Colibri Julius, and the generic eBay/Aliexpress "Cohiba" branded lighters more.
Sure they might not light on the first attempt, but they do the job just as well in terms of actually getting the cigar lit.

S. T. Dupont, Paris, 'Jeroboam' table lighter, c. 1970

That has got to be one huge table top lighter to hold 3L of lighter fluid.... :P

I had my dream lighter...
Alligator skin Ronson, bought at a flea market in St Petersburg, FLA in the late summer of 1989. Left it in a diner in Sarasota at 3am and was handed it back a few days later by the waitress. Lost it again on another night out and that was it. Ten days max I had that lighter and I still miss it.
Looked something like this if anyone picked it up...

Pigskin, not alligator but I found a Ronson Senator in a junk shop last weekend and just had to get it
