Bolivar Gold Medal from 2009? Put it this way, you can tell how good an acquisition that is by the fact that if you didn't want to hold onto it, there'd be a number of members here willing to 'look' after it for you!

I don’t normally post my purchases but, aside from the Nudies bundles I ordered, the Lanceros will probably be the last cigars I receive for a while. The other two are highlights from my last few orde

I don’t think I’m gonna smoke one any soon. I would love to get another one, but it’s definitely not easy to find.

The oldest cigar l've ever owned:

The "Little Chancellor" is from a box called WMA Stickney's Little Chancellor's dated "1901!" Was likely delivered by horse and buggy back then.

       Smoke or a novelty?

This is beautiful. Wow.

Petit coronas. Looks like Sep 23” since it was just restocked. I know… awful Canadian packaging.

Really nice but... You don't even get to keep the original box anymore in Canada ??

Nope. Just a plain green paper box.

That's sad... Actually it could be a problem for aging....

Ya, I don’t keep the paper box in my humidors. No choice to store everything as singles. For example I attached two boxes of 25 RASS and RASCC storing in one shelf as singles.

Well that's what I would do too. I don't like cardboard packaging for cigars, imho it leaves a taste even after a few months. Nice pick though!

What's with the little circular cork(?) feet?

I put them on all my boxes, creates a gap between boxes stacked in the humidor for air circulation. May do nothing, but it makes me feels better.

Same here. I don’t like cardboard dress boxes in my cabinet. If they came in a boite nature, or SLB, I’ll sometimes find room for them, especially if I want them to bury them for awhile. Most of my smokes are stored in trays like this, though, organized by marca and series.

Going to try to rest these for a few years..

Nice haul, I'm past due on replenishing the Espie 2, very elegant vitola.
