I am used to all sorts of flying - but this certainly beats my imagination.
The Etihad "Residence" on Airbus A-380.

IMO having someone else clip and light your cigar is a crime against humanity.  

I once had my best snatched-up by a bartender while my back was turned, who then literally chopped it about a half-inch down and cooked the foot to crisp before handing back -- all without asking.  He had no clue whatsoever. 

I was just paroled for what happened next.
