Tollickd Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Omg aged Trinidad can this be true?? Mayors before the band change and maybe from the presidential gift size too???Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Puros Y Vino Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Trinidad Robusto Extra? Can the Robusto T be around the corner? LGC Sublimes? Can these just be rebanded/repurposed Inmensos? And why? These were just fine unless this is the move to regular production as LCDH releases have an odd life expectancy. Sadly, most of these won't be on a shelf, for sale in the next 2-3 years at minimum. 3
irratebass Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Thanks for the list, quite a few of these I am interested in hearing more about.
Kaptain Karl Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Very interested to see the sizes. Hopefully there’s a few under 48 ring gauge.
encephalization Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Thanks for the info, sounds interesting. Am I reading this right? We will have a new, regular production PL? Woo wooo!
NSXCIGAR Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 HU Connie 2? If it's a Hermosos No. 3 or No. 2 with the Connie 1 blend I'm in big time. JL Seleccion Especial LCDH is also intriguing as is the PL Galanes. 2
Nico Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 HU Connie 2? If it's a Hermosos No. 3 or No. 2 with the Connie 1 blend I'm in big time. We can only hope. My guess it will be regular robusto, maybe they’ll add 1 or 2 cm to it, or it will be the lovely montesco ;-). Yes, I’m cynical..
Hookmaker Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 I’d like to see some 2019 announced Trinidad’s before I start thinking about this lot ? 1
Lotusguy Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Yeah, I'm not holding my breath on availability nor affordability but thank you for posting. 1
bpm32 Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Oh nice, the Punch Triunfos. I wonder if it'll be handmade, unlike the old ones?
kalibratecuba Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 I'm cynical that much will materialize. Why not make good cigars like they are now, then going for volume? I know the answer.I'd still like to try the tin of Partis that were supposed to come out last year.Sent from my GM1917 using Tapatalk 3

The Monte and the Juan Lopez will probably be released first because LCDH stuff seems to get done on time. Weeeeell - not if you take the SCLDH Prado or the HDM Escogidos as examples - neither one of them has seen any wide distribution so far. I think we can all agree that HSA should finish their 2017/8 releases before even talking about 2020. I assume they do it to drum up interest, but they are nothing but a laughing stock at this point. 1
havanaclub Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 LGC sublimes!!’ The PL sound interesting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BoliDan Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Hmmm. JL caught my eye first but then noticed they are LCDH. Fart in that general direction. Interested in Connie 2. Hermoso 3 or CG would be a instant go deep for me. 1
ErikB72 Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Still waiting for those Capitols and Club Kings .......... 1

Well, if that's the case I'm sticking with the Connie A, others with the RR I'm sure. I would take a Gorditos or Double Robusto with the Connie 1/A blend though. Come on, HSA--keep the RG 50 or under... 20 hours ago, ErikB72 said: Still waiting for those Capitols and Club Kings .......... Ha. Or how about the HU Propios? They're already talking 2020 HU releases and their 18 EL hasn't seen the light of day. Not that I'm chomping at the bit for them--just saying. The Capitols and Club Kings are mystifying though. Announced in 16 and supposed to be 17 releases...good god, they're just Marevas in 5 tins. What the hell. Since they're Anejados, no. Yes, I said it. And judging by the disgusting price of the recent RyJ Churchills I can't even begin to conceive of the price they'll try to get for these Trinis. Barf. 5
Gamehawker Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 Since I am an H. Upmann whore I very interested in the H.UPMANN CONNOSSIEUR NO.2 Do you have more information about the size and the blend?
fabes Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 The Fundadores as an Anejado is odd. Was there an awful batch hiding somewhere that didn’t sell? Seems unlikely. Not that there is any worth in the anejado program anyway. Really hoping that JL is under 50rg.
Artin Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 I highly doubt it but does anyone know if Habanos has a sub 38 rg in the works?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hard to tell the size but it looks reasonable. 50-52 RG, 125-135 mm? Pretty close to a standard Robustos. Not complaining but I would need a reason to deviate from Connnie 1. Was very much hoping for a Hermosos No. 3 or No. 2. That said, I'm looking forward to trying it.
PigFish Posted May 16, 2020 Posted May 16, 2020 Yawwwwn! More interest in a Punch Coronas! Way to go Tabaclueless! -the Pig
