Oooo very nice. I just broke into my box of Amatistas. Very.....interesting. Will revisit that one every 6 months ot make sure they aren't losing it

From what I can remember during the great search the Amatistas are the same as the Gran Coronas but were renamed for different markets, the GC being UK and the Amatistas Europe? Kind of a more fighting cigar, akin to the mag 46, my GC are softened a lot now but still have that heavy leather core

That is exactly what I got, lots of heavy leather, wood, and nutty notes. Though not very specific. Hard to pick out flavor notes.

 Yeah that and the 46 seemed to be the bruisers of the brand. None of the 46 chocolate biscuit stuff, just heavy leather and chopped nuts. I like them, they're just not massively delicate

Sir Winnie’s, SEA DIC 16. This is my best box, not only because it is a box of beauties, but because of what it represents. I have 5 daughters, 3 of them are teenagers, (18,16,14) feel free to throw up a prayer for me on that one. Our last was a surprise caboose, this box I bought when she was born and I intend to smoke the first when she is 5, and one a year until the box is gone.

My oldest box of cigars. I purchased it a few years ago and am looking to get them to the 20 year mark. I really don't have the connections to source aged stock so these are the cream of my Habanos crop. The rest of my stock is 10 years old or less all aged at home. I was lucky enough to have been able to smoke a few du Roi and enjoyed them.
