El Presidente Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 perfect example of size consistency Take a cell phone shot of your glaring examples as you come across them.
SCgarman Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Looks like a couple of them are on a diet and it's working!
Popular Post CaptainQuintero Posted November 22, 2017 Popular Post Posted November 22, 2017 They're just a few concentrated versions, for the Quintero connoisseur 5
garbandz Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 that's one way to get 26 into a box..............
Rrm7284 Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 The green tint on the wrapper on the right is just as worrisome as it's anorexic friends to the left. Perfect stock photo example of the questionable quality control reputation that's been well earned!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Islandboy Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Now we know what brand the rollers-in-training start with. 2
SCgarman Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 At least a few different shades of wrapper leaf also!

BTWheezy Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Where’d you find these...Ed’s Discount Smoke Shop?? I’m amazed that the people at the factory said “This looks fine...ship ‘em!” They should be embarrassed...
ElJavi76 Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 It's not as egregious as your example from above but, can you pick out the oddball?

The almighty dollar is all they want, and rubbish also makes $$.
maxcjs0101 Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 I had a Panatela from a RyJ Tubo No.1. Bloody hell.
awkwardPause Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 I thought this was going to be another box of Trini when I saw the title.

Hey Pres, I have heard you describe some boxes, i.e. the boxes that get sent back to the distributors, as rancid. Would this be a box you consider fits that description? I shudder to think what worse boxes might look like!

Poor boxes are part of the game. this is a cheapie Quintero Panatela. I wouldn't bother sending it back.

There have been plenty of times I’ve seen size variation among cigars in NC lines. I mean, I’ve never seen it with a $400 box of Padron 1926, but I have with other well regarded, not inexpensive cigars. This is just an extreme example. 2
