I have no problem spending even $10 for RA Superiores or HU RR in a 10 box from time to time, but what am I going to get for my $20 with these RGs?

No explanation needed - my perspective is that we're making conversation - no different than if we were all together having a few cigars and perhaps a few drinks.

These look and sound wonderful, As does your description of the other cigar from this marque.

Unfortunately now more than ever I am but a humble man. I try live my life by the mantra on cigars "If I'd spend it on a bottle of wine I can spend it on a cigar!

I was happy to pick up a sampler pack to try them out. can't wait!!!!?

.......and yet I bet they sell out on 24-24. I know I'm in.

And they did, as you predicted.

PCC should have priced them at $300, given how many people bought the hype hook, line, and sinker, as usual.

I bought a box in today's 24:24. I don't plan to open them for at least 12 months so hopefully it will be something special. The price is high, but not as high as I feared. I wouldn't be able to justify them as a regular smoke, but you can't have too many boxes of 10 for special occasions.

I have tried this cigar in a PCC event. They sell it for HKD 2,140 for a box of ten.

This is a mild or mild to medium bodied cigar.

Maybe I missed it in the thread but is 8 a lucky number in Asia since 8888 boxes made?

Yes, 8 is a lucky number in Asia, 8 means wealthy, hence they made 8888 boxes ?

I want box 8888. Special number in judaism as well.

And yet even pairs are especially bad luck. So is 8888 good luck because of the 8 or bad because of the repeating even number pairs? LOL

Not sure if this is related or not, but since we are discussing 8 being lucky...the movie 88 Minutes starring Al Pacino is awfully and it's 88 minutes of your life you'll never get back :thumbsdwn:

Box 888 will be the one that gets the big Asian money, especially diem the road when the reselling starts. Anything with the triple 8 (houses, cars etc) is considered super lucky.
