LeafLover Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 This sucks!!!! Godspeed to the victims and condolences to all thry left behind. My heart hurts over this. Why do people have to hurt each other like this?!!
Deodato Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Thinking of our French friends in that beautiful city. Be strong.
MattW Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Just awful news!! Thoughts are with all those affected!
LordAnubis Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Thoughts and prayers to all those who have lost their lives. Another terrible act by a totally misguided bunch of nut jobs. Just reading about it now, it seems like it was quite coordinated and planned! May we get justice on those responsible and prevent it from ever effecting innocent individuals again. 1
leftimatic Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 I cannot and may never know what makes people do what they do. My deepest condolences to all involved, especially the families of the deceased. My heart goes out to you.
gigabyte056 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Thoughts and prayers to those involved and power to those who will need to fight this new version of terror. The world has woken up to a new form of terror, one that goes out to the world , learns its weakness and strikes the soft tissue that is normal life, what these terrorists hate and want to erase is normal life and we will not allow it. I do believe we have some dark ages ahead of us, but as in days gone past, the way of life that promotes freedom of thought and happiness through free practice of faith will win. 1
luv2fly Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 My thoughts and prayers to the victims, their families and the good people of France. A very sad day. 1
NweakO Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 We all know who funds ISIS. Question is when will we ever learn? Some muslim countries are fighting these people everyday, yet they just never stop pouring in. Where do they get their weapons from? You mean to tell me the most powerful countries in the world with all their intelligence can't stop a fee thousand people? You play with fire, you will get burned. Thoughts and prayers
Perla Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Love & prayers to the families, friends and colleagues who had a lost a beloved one. Love & prayers to the injured, may the wounds and souls recover quick. Love & prayers to the first aider, rescue team, fire worker, police man, army, staff in the hospital. You did a great job! Love & prayers to the families of the assailants. Yes I really wrote that and I mean that. Paris is the City of Love, let's keep it up. Don't give them the space for fear or hate. Let us grow big, let us show how we love. Fraternity, Friendship, Laughter & Love 2
anacostiakat Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Once again, horrid cowardly acts against innocent people. Prayers sent....
billh1 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 I am deeply saddened by this horrific mass murder. My deepest sympathies go out to to all those who lost loved ones. May GOD rest their souls.
laficion Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Hi all, I'm , of course, very saddened about what has happened to our brothers & sisters In Paris, but ,unfortunately ,I'm sure It's not over. My thoughts goes out to the families of the innocent ones who lost their lives. Vive la France. Guy 4
Fosgate Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 My heart goes out to these people. My mind is angry at the leadership who refuses to take the concerns of the people seriously. Remember, our president called these guys the "Junior Varsity Team" and not a serious threat. They keep telling us we should not worry, we have nothing to fear, they are handling the situation. When it seems like they are fanning the flames. While I have met many Muslims of Islam, what concerns me is the actual percentage to number translation of extremest in Islam and the separate category of those who believe what those extremists are doing is OK with them. I know if a small (Supposidly) Christian group of nut jobs like Westboro went out and started shooting people and lopping off heads we Christians would end that right quick. So why have Muslims not done this or at least distance themselves and pointed out where these guys can be picked up at? It's percentages of those who accept what they are doing even though they are not engaged themselves. Also what troubled me was the mass migration of fighting age men who just migrated to Europe from Syria. France just got a wake up call. I just hope the rest of the world will wake up before it's too late. We realize and help correct our mistakes in the Middle East going back when our great grandfathers decided to break up the Ottoman Empire after WWI draw lines across civilizations and make all these terrorist groups go away once and for all. We can't just keep stomping on one group only to see it replaced by another. 1
finecigar Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 My prayers and love go out to all those who've lost a sibling, parent, relative, or friend in this tragedy. Paris did not deserve this, nobody deserves to lose their life (and now sense of safety) to ruthless creatures. These attacks seem to keep getting larger. I hope ISIS can be solved and eliminated.
cigarbigboy Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 I had the joy of spending a few weeks there last year, drinking fine wine and smoking fine Cuban cigars. My heart is torn apart as I see pics of places I visited with all the signs of death and destruction. Is this a portent of things to come? God Bless the deceased souls and my best wishes for the survivors still fighting their injuries.
Squarehead Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 What I don't understand is that all Religions preach about Love and Understanding and yet more people have been killed in the name of Religions than in political conflicts. My thoughts are with the families of the victims. I don't think that Mankind will ever learn from all of those atrocities. 2
wabashcr Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Sending good thoughts and prayers to the people of France, America's oldest friend. It's often overlooked because of our many differences on emotional topics, but the French have stood by us during our darkest hours, and we owe them our unwavering support in the highest capacity. Of course these awful attacks are in many ways attributable to their decision to stand by us. An attack on France is an attack on the US. I hope we let France handle this the way they feel is best, and assist in whatever capacity they need from us. Liberty, Equality, Fraternity
Fosgate Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Just saw on the news. Developing Gunfire exchange with police now.
ErikB Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Words fail me and everything seems trivial now. The church tower in town will colour blue, white and red tomorrow. Vive la France!
Sophistic Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Now we know what the kurds go through every day, we cant run, we cant hide, this is a war and we have to fight as hard as we can or we die.
Guest rob Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 this is a war and we have to fight as hard as we can or we die. Two opposing sides, with the exact same mindset.
