In the poll attached I have listed the Petit Robustos. What in your eyes is the best performing Petit Robusto right now? You can select two

Now the Petit Robusto is certainly not my favourite size. However it is a boom vitola for HSA alongside the "fatty" Half Coronas (Upmann Have Corona/Monte Media corona/D6).

Don't get me wrong, I can see a market for these, a reason why they exist. They just aren't my cup of tea as I would rather reach for a petit corona, corona or corona extra.

The reason I have put up this poll today is an e-mail received asking for the best performing Petit Robusto right now. i thought it best to put it to members who smoke these regularly for a more informative viewpoint.

Let us know your top two picks....and if you have the time...state what it is you enjoy...what it is that those two cigars consistently deliver.

My thought exactly, to attract "Pest" that would have to be the R&J or the Vegeros or maybe by Pest you mean, smooching friends... that would have to be the Petit Edmundo hahaha

Wouldn't consider my "smooching friends" as pests! love.gif

Now "mooching friends", that's a different story. dry.png

Funny, the only one on this list I've tried is the Monte Petite Edmundo. While I really liked it, I haven't gone back, or looked for other cigars in this size.

The Hoyo and PE are the two that I have had the best luck with. I have a box of the D5s as well, but they are wildly inconsistent. I have five RJSC from a split, but have not tried them yet. No experience at all with Quintero or Vaqueros marcas.

If judging performance can be based on the number smoked and/or at hand then the Hoyo and Monte win by a landslide for me.

Great examples each of their respective marcas to my taste and I enjoy the dimensions.

Regardless how it's classified, I think the Vigia's a little overweight for this fighting class....
