Thanks, Prez. My wife and I will be traveling to my Mom's house to cook up a few burgers on the grill, homemade potato salad, and barbeque baked beans. Gonna top it all off with some homemade ice cream with fresh peaches on top. Then, I'll celebrate with a Sir Winnie and a few Cuba Libre's.

Smoking salmon today, pork butts tomorrow and ribs Saturday for the neighborhood gang coming by. A few cigars are also in the works. And then the fireworks.

I always find toasting with a Pimm's cup apropos given our nation's heritage sneaky.gif

I've got a wedding on the 3rd, so I'll be away from home eating and drinking whatever I can get my hands on for the 4th. I'm bringing a Coro, a plpc, and a bpc. With a little luck I'll get my mitts on some small explosives too

Smoking a butt, ribs and brisket along with a few choice cigars. I've got enough Jack to get a small army drunk so that will be on the menu as well.

32 hand crafted burgers, 14 hot dogs to make Ron Jeremy blush, 138 beers, 5 liters of vodka, perhaps a PSP Upmann 2 a burn pile the size of a VW Beetle and enough fireworks to clean out a paycheck.

If I'm alive after this weekend I'm immortal.

Up at the cabin in Wisconsin with my son. Taking the boat out tomorrow and grilling some fresh cut porterhouse . Nightfall will bring some pretty large fireworks that we bought. Cheers all. Be safe.

I came down to the beach in Destin, FL with my family. It's my mom, brother, niece, and nephew. My plans are to do nothing but spend time with family and smoke cigars. I think I went overboard though. I brought over 50 cigars with me for a 3 to 4 day trip.

I hope everybody has a fun and safe 4th of July.

Weird time in our house as we're both in new jobs. Still gonna smoke something nice tomorrow and hang the U.S. Flag out front proudly. Probably crack something from Kentucky.

Thanks, Rob. Played a round of golf today, came home and grilled some ribeye steaks and corn on the cob. Now relaxing with some Spaten Optimator and a Partagas Serie P #2 from 2008.

Mmmmmmmm. It'd be nice to see the "Daily Smoke" thread tomorrow. Also the recent meals thread!

Have fun down there, all of you!

Well today July 3rd is my sister's birthday so all kinds of celebrations already going on. There's plenty of fireworks and explosions going on (ever since July 1) to now. I decided that instead of having a lolligagging day today of nappin', I'd take care of some necessary housework and laundry that I'd been putting off. And mission accomplished! Yayy for me! party.gif I'm currently indoors now, too pooped to puff on my stogies, and have my little Jack Russell inside too. All those fireworks explosives are making him a nervous wreck doghouse.gifsad.png

Up at our house in the Catskill mountains with the family. Tomorrow we grill ribs, burgers, corn, potatoes, and salad. With plenty of beer and gin to wash it all down, and of course, an 8-9-8, a Punch Punch, a HU Mag46, and a Boli RC. Then the fireworks in Saugerties!
