CigarBen Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 I voted for RASS and PSD4 as my favorites, but it was a hard choice. I really love the Boli RC and Epi 2 as well. CORO is amazing too, but as others have said, you have to give it time first.
Pedro2486 Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 How is it that more than1500 looks at the thread and so few votes? Kind of lame...... Can't vote on Tapatalk bro. Definitely a fan of Robustos in general, most of my stash is Robustos and PC's
Clynch Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 IMO you can't beat a CoRo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
stigmata Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 changes depending on the batch.. but last years pd4 and even this years are shining the jl2 are up there i dont think the last years RASS are in the same standard for me over the last year bu has been a fave over the years i reckon the 2013 crop has been sensational .. but for me the RASS was abit behind
stigmata Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 oh yeah.. and the bolivar royal coronas have been great
Dbone Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Geesh, do I have to pick just one because they all taste the same ? Connie 1 is a no brainer when I'm not reaching for a predetermined cigar. Regi a close second. The RASS has much love from me but my smoking habits have changed and it's just not my thing at this time.
Chargerfan Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 RASS CoRo No need for any other entries in that category for me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Boss Hog Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 If "specials" were on the list, I'd have chosen the LGC Deliciosos No doubt. Excellent cigar.
RijkdeGooier Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Recently smoked a 1994 CoRo - cigar heaven. They do need time down but if buy a box a year and a few aged ones, soon you'll be smoking them at their optimum. I feel they are worth the wait..
mikek Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 For me it's kind of A three way tie,Hoyo, for A morning, and PD4,and RASS for A latter smoke,it's A tough one to just pick two!
santela Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 I can't vote on this since I only smoked a few. CoRo If money wasn't an issue I would probably smoke CoRos all day long, but being almost twice as expensive the experience isn't exactly twice as good as other offerings. Hoyo E2 is good but too light sometimes. D4 tends to be on and off, hard to get much consistency. JL2 I only had one good one in the four I smoked. I'm gonna leave the box alone for a while to see what happens. RyJ Short Churchills just don't impress me at all, probably won't bother buying another box. Have RASS Regio and Choix in my humidor yet to try.
cadillacdoc Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Best box I ever had..........................RyJ Exh #4
stigmata Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Best box I ever had..........................RyJ Exh #4 what year? i cracked open a 2012 box yesterday.... surprisingly good.
Dimmers Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 CoRo for me when 'on', followed by Epi2. As an aside, and although not regular production, but how good has the upmann travel humi robusto been?!?. Aka the TraHuRo! Smoked my 2nd last one on the weekend.....just beautiful!
joeboxer Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I love RASS. I also love some of the others on the list but RASS is my soul mate and I always return to her.
billh1 Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 I've smoked 7 of the 14 on the list - BRC, CORO, HDM EPI 2, PD4, RASS, ERDM & Regio. Of those I'd have to go with the RASS and the Boli RC. Smoking through a box of beautiful ULA OCT 14 BRCs now and have a few RASS ULA MAY 14s resting.
MrGTO Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 I've already voted, but the current SLR Regios are fantastic fresh. They aren't a aged CoRo but for a robusto you can smoke NOW, it's hitting all my marks.
