Cuban Cigar brand you Can't stand

I save words like "can't stand" for relatives and clothes that itch.

But for cigars I use "does nothing for me". Most of the RyJ's, German RE's. Lately I have stopped buying more readily available marca/vitolas and trying to find rarer ones. We figure we can only smoke so many cigars in a lifetime, so make them great ones.

I find it harder to buy Cohibas given the premium price they command over other brands. I just don't feel like their cigars are 20-30% better than a comparable vitola from another of the major brands.

I absolutely will not smoke cuaba and almost every modern r&j and punch has been a disappointment so I usually turn those down. I never smoked a monte or bolivar and thought damn this is good!!! I can stand them though.

I haven't had enough to say about which I don't like, and we all do have a different pallete.

It is interesting to note that out of 58 repies there is only one that is anti-monte, so far anyhow.

I'll have to put some on my short list to try.

Fonseca is the only marca I haven't liked. It was one dimensional and flat. But I've only had one, and it wasn't terrible, so I don't know that I could say I "can't stand it."

Far too many vitolas in the marca and too many of them are utter crap.

This is mine 2, I've tried several sticks twice incase I had a bad batch, just not a fan.

Haven't tried all the different brands, but a few Fonsecas I've had were terrible.

I think I have found a vitola in just about every marca that I have enjoyed. The only exceptions to that would be Jose Piedro and the two we're not supposed to mention

I am addicted to seeking new flavours (which is why I haven't given up on NC cigars as well). However, my limited experience with RyJs has left me pitching the cigars much earlier than usual. There is something that I just don't like about them flavour wise.

Probably in the minority here but I never had a RYJ that made me want another.Tried the Exb.No 4,Wide Church,Short Church and Mille Fleurs.....all were OK but not worthy of a future purchase.

I have not had an H Upmann that did anything for me. I wouldn't say I can't stand them, but I don't plan on spending my money on them anytime soon.
