Presentation is amazing. I too wish there were a thinner RG Cigar...just the fact that they had to wrap a Rob Extra in foil will make them hella expensve LOL. Cheers for posting CQ

x2, I thought they were getting released only on Thursday. I LOVE that they are only a 10ct box though. At least a box price will not be astronomical, even though a per cigar price might be.

We can only await CQ's next report. That is if the price doesn't jettison his eyes out of his sockets.

The Spanish Punch RE from a couple of years ago was exactly the same size I think, they were 13 euro each as far as I remember.

I'm guessing these will be about 20 pounds each.

I actually don't really like the "EMS 2012" printing on the foil, the old stars or fleur de lis look better. Not to mention that these cigars will also be sold in non-EMS markets.

No early release for this chap teh pics have been flying around UK BOTL since early last night sa far as I can tell.

Price will probably in line with UK pricing for BHK52 I'm guessing. Especially as they were supposed to be a 2011 release but were 'delayed' and released just in time for the people arriving for the Olympics I'll probably pick up a couple of singles to review but recent Punch production and all this glitter has me a tad worried! I just wish they had gone with the original 46rg like the info card says in the first pic! Who knows they might be great though.

lol like Ryan says they are the same as the Spanish RE from '09. They made 8000 boxes of 10's so maybe we have been given the unsold cigars in some nice fancy foil

NO luck but God I wish! Sharing some smokes with you and some of the Fox staff is on my bucket list! Then again a small part of me is happy about not sitting in a car for six hours in this heat, all that would flop out of the car in London would be a half melted Cap'n!

I am going against the majority in stating that I actually love that H&F went for the Robusto Extra vitola. Thus, compensating for the blatant lack of a Robusto/Robusto extra offering in the punch marca. I have smoked numerous Punch Emiratos (UAE RE) from 08 and think that the punch profile is quite suited for the Robusto vitola. I am definitely picking a couple of boxes of these. And 10/10 for the dressed cigar

A Robusto for Switzerland in 2005, a Dobles for Asia/Pacifico in 2006, the robusto for Emirates you've mentionned, a gordito for Benelux in 2009, an other Dobles, for Spain in 2009/2010, a Sublimes for Switzerland in 2009, a robusto for Portugal in 2011…

Total: 3 regular robustos and 4 "super robusto/robusto extra", plus two pyramids, one double corona and one 109… the lack is not that blatant to me!
