I too feel the same way about giving this new release some time down. And I concur about the name, as it can be confusing. Punch Mantua - I’ll be posting in the 94+ cigar thread if it keeps going as it started. Beautiful funky leather and slight orange flavor. Wispy oily smoke sticks to the palate. Perfect construction. Damn!

Day 2 shenanigans. RASS. PSD5. SCP. Watching March Madness at the cigar lounge. That PSD5 was singing to me to be so young! It took the cake! The Principes are coming into their own as well.

Thanks for sharing @JohnS awesome info! I always have found RG to be a highly underrated Marca. I suppose the boxes are still correct to this day then. This one was more than a month and less than a year and it was massively sick. Not ammonia or harshness, it was just all over the place. Like a boxing match with a featherweight, or what I would imagine that to be like at least. 😜

Partagas Presidente. Never had one of these before. Deep Partagas earth, some sweet Capsicum, toasted tobacco, coffee, huge billows of smoke, cuban twang. Very rustic.

These are quickly becoming a favorite of mine. I just picked up a box of the Salomones and am interested to compare.
